Flour - Italian Kitchen
We had a party for 14 family and friends. The evening was spectacular! The food, the service, the ambiance, it was all perfect. We planned the event on relatively short notice, and the staff was responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend for a night out or a bigger event.
My wife and I had the privilege of celebrating our 14th wedding anniversary at the Chef's table at Flour last year. It was so amazing that we decided to make it an annual tradition. The food was amazing as usual (from mussels, to street corn, to a tremendous mushroom pizza), but our sever, Al, was extremely accommodating. Thank you!
Good service and a delicious light lunch.
The special July Street corn was unbelievable!
Flour is great! Thank you Paul and the staff for dedication to excellence!!
Herb and Mary
Over cooked pasta
Great food, great service. Try the mushroom flatbread!
Food ok. Service not at all even ok.
I couldn't recommend the food highly enough. I ordered the Tagliatelle which was outstanding. I let my wife try it and she couldn't stop digging in. She even ate my leftovers. The bolognese was some of the best I've ever had. We also had a caesar salad which was big enough to share. Our reservation was for 6:45 and when we got there the restaurant wasn't that full, but by 7:30 the place was packed. Our server was very attentive at first, but as the place became more full, we started to see the server less and less. It took awhile to get bill, but other than that there were really no complaints. I would definitely come back again.
Booked for early lunch/brunch and were seated right away. We ordered the tagliatelle and it was delicious as always.
Had brunch on the patio. Drinks were delicious. Julia, our server was kind and attentive. She had a very rude group at the table next to us and maintained her composure & professionalism with them and us. Only tiny complaint I’d say would be with the ramen you should include a spoon for the broth. Otherwise a great meal and Julia was a trooper!!
Our server Cameron was amazing. The balance of attention coupled with a sincere compassion for a fine dining experience was second to none. The food was well prepared and served timely and with sequential logic. The only negative on the patio was the noise of automobiles and view of Sunoco gas station.
Too noisy!! Waitress wouldn’t speak up so we could all hear her. Caused a lot of frustration overall. Had wait a long time to pay as we didn’t see her for quite some time.
Excellent outdoor lunch
Still the best Italian style restaurant in the area. My favorites are tagliatelle, calamari, pepperoni pizza (never had better pepperoni). Bring back the lasagna like grandma used to mane and a caprese salad. That’ll do it!
I do not know where to get better pizza !! The Tagliatelle is pretty damn good as well !!
Brunch was very good, but small portions for price. Service was good but slightly slow. Would like to try for dinner.
Both of us had salads and pasta dishes and they were great. The homemade pasta was amazing...and the meat sauce delicious. Bread served with the meal was perfect accompliment.
The waitress was scarce, maybe because she was so busy. The bus and water man was very attentive, making sure we had what we needed. The noise level was a bit over the top...but it was a busy time.
I have been to Flour several times but this was my husbands first time there. We sat at the bar and the entire experience was great. The food and service were fantastic!! Highly recommend the Goat Cheese Stuffed Olives and the Big A$$ Meatball for appetizers. My husbands Filet was perfectly cooked and I got the pasta with mushrooms. Delicious!
Most excellent! Everyone enjoyed themselves and the food was delicious. Our waitress was attentive and gracious.
Father's Day! And lots of people seemed to have the same destination as us for brunch. However, everyone at Flour was prepared for us and everyone else. First 5 star decision on their part, FREE valet parking, plus plenty of attendants sporting rain gear and handing out umbrellas to anyone who needed them. Second 5 Star award for plenty of staff right inside the door, checking reservations, getting guests seated quickly. Third 5 star granted for immediate attention from our wait staff, quick delivery of drink orders and our appetizer pizza. Fourth 5 star for taking the full order quickly, correctly, and just as rapidly delivering prepared orders to the table. And the biggest star of all, Star #5 for delicious, good looking food which is, after all, the biggest deal of all. Flour is simply one of the best restaurants in the area. We traveled 50 miles to get there and we are never disappointed to make the trip. Come!!!
It was a Fathers Day Brunch! Our server was wonderful!
The service was extremely slow. Our waitress had two many tables. The pizza was burnt and the Cesar salad had two much pepper.
We will never go back with that experience
Joe was our waiter. Excellent job! Food always consistent
Very good food and cocktails.
Valet was well staffed and on the ball.
Seated promptly with requested quiet table due to hearing impairment; Excellent lamb ragu rigatoni and eggplant meatballs; linguini with clams cooked perfect; however, both Caesar salads had poached eggs that were undercooked, very runny, and unappetizing; neither finished. At $19.00 per salad, much more is expected; mentioned to waitress to inform chef; no feedback. Still an excellent restaurant and will return.
Anniversary dinner with family
Spaghetti with clam sauce to die for. Bread with olive oil, fresh Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Stunning. Will be back.
We went to Flour - Italian Kitchen to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had an enjoyable time and the food was impeccable. My favorite was the prosciutto salad. It was huge but the prosciutto and the artichokes along with the dressing made it delicious. We also tried the fried olives. They were stuffed in goat cheese then dipped in batter and fried. Yummy! For our main course my husband and I ate their Margherita style pizzas. He had sausage put on his and mine was the traditional. I enjoyed half that evening and then half the next day for lunch. Nothing bad to say about Flour.
The service here is impeccable. The food is fresh and tasty. So many great options to choose from. I had the pizza special of the day while my guests had a Caesar salad with salmon and a regular salad with salmon.
The service was excellent and most of the entrees were delicious. However, for the price, the Chicken parmesan was disappointing. It was dry and lacked in flavor. Two people in our party ten ordered the chicken parm and both found it to be not what one would expect at a finer Italian restaurant.
Great food, wonderful service!
Out server seemed busy. Her assistant/busser helped us a lot. It was loud only because it was busy.
One of Cleveland’s best restaurants: excellent food, great service. Good ambience. Recommend highly.
Excellent food. My only disappointment was viewing the wide range of entrees on Yelp only to find out that they have a drastically reduced menu on Sundays. I don’t recall seeing that on their website. But I will be back.
sat at the bar, nice casual sunday morning. great bloody mary & split a pizza. always a spot we like to go to when in the area.
Too much of an echo chamber in back room; waitress even had much difficulty taking the order
Excellent appetizers especially the meatball. Very good mains, including pasta dishes and pizza.
