Our server, I believe his name is Jake (also the bartender) was excellent.
Good variety of offerings. Always tasty and consistently good service.
Thanksgiving
I love steakhouses and this is probably the best prime rib I have ever had. I ordered it with the diablo shrimp on top and wow sooo good! I order mushroom as a side dish everywhere and this for sure was the best! Great service Steve really took care of us!!
Staff was excellent and made my husband’s birthday dinner special
Jose the bus man was wonderful! Friendly and attentive
By mistake mentioned that we had an anniversary... and all staff was very friendly and asked about our day, it was me who made a mistake... it’s good that staff is info and have communication between them, and paying attention to the details. About food... we were quite disappointed the how was it served... I meant the “design” of the dish... especially crab cake... it was shock foe us.. it was 2 patty in liquid manure. But the taste was perfect... also recommend Beef carpaccio- very nice... about stakes... nice but not “wow”, not juicy... and the way how it was placed on the dish .. not nice. But food and wine were tasty. Thank you!
Very nice experience! Excellent service!
Everything was very well organized for safely dining at the restaurant. Delicious foods and great wine selections. We’ll go back soon!
Tomahawk Tuesday is the Bomb!!
The Duck wood wine flight is perfect with it.Always top shelf service 👍👍
Service was outstanding and John Maynard’s care was exceptional. Front of house and host was extremely professional and caring to seat us. Food was awesome, every dish cooked to perfection and paired with great value and high quality wines. The steak was served rare, to our choice at the correct tenderness and temperature....first time in a long time and their COVID was extremely safe, consistent and we felt extremely comfortable. Will be back soon for sure.
Service and ambience were excellent as usual. Loved the wedge salad and the filet and Fleming's potatoes were done very nice. The only thing that wasn't cooked right after a couple send backs was the lobster tails. We probably won't order those here again. Other than that, it was a good dinner and a pleasant experience.
We frequent Fleming’s Palo
John, our waiter, was terrific. Give him a raise! We loved our brunch: crab cakes with eggs Benedict and Cobb salad with Salmon.
So sad that the Corona virus has closed the restaurants, but, we shall return when all this is over.
Mike was an excellent server! Food and service was great!
Excellent service ! Food was good, except i would say the flemings potatoes tasted a bit dry and like a re-heat, the creamed spinach was salty, and the french onion soup was very salty. The tomahawk steak was very good overall though. Everyone is very nice at this restaurant and the service is really excellent.
Was sad no wagyu. I go specifically for that. Should I call beforehand any time I go?
I love Fleming’s but this time was such a disappointment. The Fleming potatoes were dry. My steak was overcooked. I will give them another chance but this time was a fail.
The woman who served us was not very attentive. Not friendly and seem hassled. We were not happy with the table. The lighting was very bright over our heads in that area. The food was good although my Husband steak was medium to well done when he ordered medium rare to rare. He mentioned it to the server and she did not charge him for the steak, although my husband said she didn’t have to credit the steak. The servers seemed stressed. Not sure if that’s management or policy .
I always love Fleming's, and this time, no exception!
My wife and I thought this would be a awesome place for my birthday; and to introduce our son his wife, and her sister, to an incredible dinning experience! It was wonderful. Our server Christine was excellent.
We went on a Sunday and ordered the Sunday special: Filet Mignon and Lobster Tail. Our sides were Macaroni and Cheese and Mushrooms. For desert we ordered Carrot Cake and Key Lime Pie. The Filet was perfect and the Lobster Tail was even better! Normally, I am not a cake person, but I was pleasantly surprised by the Key Lime Pie. It was both rich and tart. The service was impeccable. We will be back soon.
Great. However, reservations are never on time. Had to wait again for the table.
Fillet was tasteless and stringy. Very expensive considering all you get is a piece if meat, sides are extra.
Great food and wonderful service! I had the wagu steak and it was SOO good. I love this place!
Had an amazing dinner! Food was good but our service was even better. Thanks to our server shafi
Fantastic! From the waitress to the GM. We ordered two dry aged ribeye’s and two fillets. All were cooked perfectly. The lobster mac & cheese, the mashed potatoes paired perfectly as sides. And of course we started with the calamari. And of course the onion rings were out of this world. I swore to myself I would never go back to Fleming‘s after the horrible experience in the downtown Los Angeles location. Thank you to the team at Palo Alto for making it a fantastic experience. Much of what you would expect when you go to Flemings. PS I’m using Siri to dictate this so I hope it makes sense.
Fleming’s asks for a high-end fine dining price point, and attempts to give you a fine dining menu, but the actual experience is miles away from fine dining. It’s seems like the staff are trying their best but there are some processes in place that are preventing this dining experience to match the asking price. The seating is turn-and-burn like a Black Angus, and no one bothered to take away any of our plates after we were finished with our dinner. I barely had room on the table to sign the check. Our petite filet was ordered medium rare and came out medium well (which is a philosophical disrespect to that cut of steak in my opinion). The manager was kind enough to remove the charge from our bill but I have to wonder how often those mistakes happen. They need to slow down and consider that “less is more” when you want to go the fine dining route. Otherwise, it’s an overpriced Black Angus. Our server was pleasant and doing her best under less than ideal circumstances.
The food from start to finish was exceptional. Our server Mike went above and beyond to make sure that our experience was a memorable one.
Me and my husband went to dinner for a belated Valentine’s Day date. Hayley was our server again and as always she and the staff we amazing. This restaurant is the perfect place for fine dining with a friendly and homey feel.
Thank you Haley for making our dinner another unforgettable experience!
Fabulous service. Within minutes someone came over to ask what we wanted to drink and gave us bread. Food was fabulous, although the filet mignon steak sandwich was a little tough (had it once before and it could be cut with a fork). Still all in all, one of the best places for a special treat or occasion. The waiter couldn't have been nicer and the greeting upon entering was with a smile!
My wife and I had a great dinner on a Friday night Valentine’s Day. A bit louder than what we would typically hope for but understandable considering the occasion. The food was amazing and we’ll probably come back when it’s less busy.
Food quality is very high to outstanding, although a bit pricey. Service was very good
Had a wonderful dinner with friends . Service
Was great and the food delish
Rib eye was just soso.
Table wasn’t ready when we arrived and the host was unprepared and not very friendly.
FANTASTIC RESTAURANT, AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Waiter and staff were awesome.
Phenomenal lunch today! My wife and I enjoyed the three course filet and lobster meal. Perfectly prepared and delicious. The Caesar salad I started with was delicious. Excellent selection of wines by the glass as usual. Service was friendly, attentive, and pleasant.
I tried giving Fleming’s another chance and they failed. No mash or chocolate molten lava cake. I guess all sold out. The waiter spilled steak juice on my really nice pants. Filet was under cooked and on and on and on...... Just a disaster celebrating my wife’s bday. Never going back! I’m definitely a Ruth’s Chris believer after this, plus their filets are far superior than Fleming’s.
Service was slow, bu t we think it was because we had a new waiter and he seemed a bit too busy?
