SMOKE SHOW DINNER Course One Herb-Marinated, Bacon-Wrapped Mushroom A woodland mushroom delicately marinated in fresh herbs, enveloped in crisp applewood-smoked bacon, and brushed with a house-made barbecue glaze. Course Two Honey BBQ Baby Back Ribs A petite portion of slow-cooked baby back ribs glazed in a velvety honey barbecue sauce, accompanied by a refreshing jalapeño slaw and a char-grilled artisanal bread crisp. Course Three Summer Corn Succotash Sweet summer corn sautéed with fire-roasted red bell peppers, red onions, and tender black beans—a vibrant expression of seasonal harvest. Course Four Smoked Beef Tenderloin with Heirloom Potato Salad Hickory-smoked tenderloin of beef, perfectly rested and served with a creamy heirloom potato salad infused with fine herbs and Dijon.
