I have eaten several times at Flemings and I generally love the food and the service. However, this time, the service was less than stellar. Our waiter, Donnie, was more attentive to a larger table. I had to ask for water, and I finished my cocktail and wasn't asked if I would like another. In addition, I was never asked how was my meal?!?! If I'm paying $200 for a meal, someone should ask if it's any good.....which it was. I must admit that I was disappointed for my Valentine's Day dinner. Maybe I'll go to Capital Grille next time....
Our server, Brittany, was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable with the menu, specials, wine, etc. Brittany was very good at spacing our salads, appetizers, dinner & dessert. We never felt rushed. Thanks for making our sons birthday dinner so special.
Multiple errors or omissions compounded made for a less than enjoyable experience. Having ordered filet medium rare and a glass of wine well prior to service of the entrees, never saw server again until four others at table had completely finished their respective entrees. In the meantime, no glass of wine and a piece of meat at best medium well, barely pink in the middle. I think they simply gave me the wrong plate — it did not look anything like the filet a fellow diner had gotten. In any event, A 50 dollar plate of course should do better, but generally I would let that pass but for the fact (a) I did not get glass of wine but even worse (b) no one stopped by table after entrees served to ask how is everything? Unthinkable for a restaurant that holds itself out with prices per entree anywhere from 40 dollars to 70 dollars per plate. I had to wave down the guy who dropped off the plates to let them know I got the wrong filet, but did not get another plate until ten minutes after everyone else had finished. Eventually got right filet and glass of wine but only after they had to track down server to stop by our table for first time since we had appetizers. Unbelievably bad experience only made slightly better by the fact we were not charged for glass of wine and were apparently credited for two 50 dollar steaks. Over 100 dollars in credits warrant the 2 but no better.
It was really nice but I believe my waiter was new. She forgot to bring our sides. It took a long time to get bread and she took a long time to refill our drinks.
Great apps, and loved the small plates, Server, was impeccable with food and drink timing
The experience at Fleming's Steakhouse was fantastic. My table was a party of four; there to celebrate my friend's milestone birthday. The restaurant treated my friend extra special for her birthday giving her a birthday card, taking a group photo, and preparing her a special dessert. In addition, one of my group has a severe nut allergy. The waiter made sure substitutions were made available so she could still have a a wonderful meal. We all had a fabulous time. We enjoyed the food, ambiance, and extremely attentive staff.
My compliments to all of the staff, i.e. managers, front desk, wait-staff, and the chefs, etc. 5*
We liked it so much! First our steak came too cooked, but as soon as we tome them, they brought a perfect steak and changed the side orders for new hot ones!! Very nice of them. It was my husband’s Birthday and they brought him some chocolates and took us a picture which they gave us in a frame, very thoughtful !!
I love the place!
We had a lovely evening. We went on Monday for the steak and lobster tail/king crab legs special. It was an excellent value for the price. Don waited on us and provided excellent service. He also recommended a great wine. Chef Kristopher prepared excellent steaks. The desserts and truffles topped off my birthday celebration.
There are far better steakhouses that exist for the $.
