Fleet Landing Restaurant & Bar is Charleston's Best Waterfront Dining with a focus on local and sustainable produce and seafood. Housed in a 1940s retired naval building on the east side of the Charleston peninsula, Fleet Landing features a fusion of classic and contemporary Southern seafood fare in a setting that celebrates the area's waterfront heritage.

We take reservations and invite you to make them as far in advance as possible, as they fill up weeks in advance. We always invite walk-ins to join the waitlist when you arrive. If there is no availability on OpenTable, we are fully committed for reservations, and you are invited to join the waitlist when you arrive. For groups of 5-10, please give us a call at 843.722.8100. Larger groups are usually booked several weeks in advance. The largest group that we are able to accommodate is 10 guests. Please note, we do require your full party to be in the building in order to be seated at your table.

    We had a wonderful experience at Fleet Landing. This is one of our go to spots when visiting Charleston. The food is great and the views are always beautiful. We had great service. We were celebrating my sisters birthday and received a free dessert in celebration of her. Overall, a wonderful time and incredible food.

    I loved this place so much I went twice in 48 hours. Amazing seafood, friendly service, great drinks and such a vibe right on the water. Will be back again when I’m in Charleston!

    I loved this restaurant! My husband and I had done a tour of fort Sumter in the morning and it was so hot outside and we were looking for a cool place near the water to eat with great seafood and that is what we got at Fleets landing. Our server Izzy was fantastic, she made sure we were taken care of the entire time. The food was fantastic! We had a halibut BLT, lump crab bruschetta, oysters, and seared salmon and we couldn’t get enough of it. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone we know.

    Really enjoy this place! Glad I made a reservation as it was a 45 minute wait for lunch on a Friday at 1. Bern a while since I went so lack of the gravel parking was a surprise. Give yourself extra time to park! Gin drink I had was delicious. On the menu but don’t recall the name. So refreshing, not too sweet. Had blackened triggerfish and side of cucumber/tomato salad. Fresh but sides are small. If you want a large side, I’d suggest fries or something more generous. Fish portion was great. I don’t care for aioli but did get a side of ranch. Don’t judge. Sat at a booth with a great view. It is very open and loud.

    My husband and I really enjoyed the evening. We were celebrating his birthday. We had reservations, which I highly recommend. I can’t say enough about our waitress. She was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. She made recommendations, some of which we tried and were delighted. We had mussels for an appetizer. Our entrees were local gold tile fish and their famous shrimp and grits… DELISH! Plus a complimentary dessert for The birthday boy! Fleet Landing is a keeper.
