Made reservations for a late lunch on 4 July. Business was quite study so we were glad we had reservations. Sat outside on the front patio with a view of the harbor. We were seated right on time and were promptly visited by server. We both had the special of blackened halibut with a tomato remoulade, Charleston rice and a veg. The dish was absolutely outstanding. We ended the meal with the chocolate torte and crème brûlée. Kudos to Fleet Landing for a delicious meal. Food, service and ambiance were superb. Highly recommend. Make reservations well in advance although walk-ins are accepted.

I had a great experience from the minute I was greeted by the hostess. I had the pick 3 seafood platter, which was excellent, & a good value. Everyone at my table throughly enjoyed their meal. Recommend making reservations, as it is a popular place for both tourists, and locals like me.

The view is not very pretty, and there is construction all around. If you are dealing with mobility issues, it is a long walk. The food was “okay.” The drinks were good, and the service was amazing. Maybe I’m just being picky, but I was looking for a better vacation experience.

So we had a 7:30 reservation but didn’t get to sit until 7:50! Many walkin parties were seated before we were- what’s the point of making a reservation to be treated this way? We had a ghost tour so I was pretty worried we would be late- we told our server Tammy and she was fantastic at getting stuff out quickly so we got out on time. We did just order appetizers- she crab soup was okay- my son loved the shrimp cocktail. We sat outside at the end- it was low tide and very smelly- view of construction. Not great ambience at least for our seat. The indoor area is much better. Wish we’d done that.

This is always a stop when we go to Charleston. Back since my in-laws lived here in the early 2000’s. Always consistently good food and service. This time had the ceviche and salads with grilled shrimp. Delicious! See you next trip!

Nicole was terrific and the few from the deck outstanding! My husbands burger and fries were good. My friend oysters were fair....taste was great but tiny and not many on the plate. Butter beans were great!
