   We ate at Fleet Landing 4 years ago during our first visit to Charleston, and we made sure we had dinner there on this trip! The food is great and our server was very friendly and attentive. They also have a nice outdoor patio on the waterfront. The place was very busy on a Monday night and I was glad we had a reservation.

   Always try to eat here every time I’m in the area. Never disappointed. Hate that they no longer have complementary parking at old cruise terminal lot. Hope you are able to work out something with hotel for parking when it opens. So glad this restaurant is staying open even though the construction next door is creating a mess.

   Key Lime Pie was the best part. Old Fashioned needed to be stirred. Liquid was mixed and poured over ice. Had quite the bite to it. Seafood pasta was OK.

   We enjoyed our favorite downtown Charleston restaurant again!! Our server, Sidney was prompt and very attentive to our needs. We had the fried flounder special, flounder basket and fried shrimp/oyster basket which were all delicious. Of course we got 1/2 dz raw oysters which were chilled to perfection and She Crab soup, creamy and dreamy!! We can’t wait to go back.

   Excellent service. Food was great but more than I could eat. I made the mistake of ordering She Crab Soup, which was wonderful, and shrimp and grits. There was no way I could eat all of the shrimp and grits. It had a lot of shrimp and prosciutto. I should have left off the soup or ordered a salad and omitted the shrimp and grits.

   This is a lively place that's family friendly. We had a later reservation but was able to come in earlier due to an event time change. The food was wonderful and served in a timly manner and our server was delightful and funny. Would definitely recommend to eat here.

   Outdoor table on the deck overlooking the waterfront was an excellent place to enjoy a cocktail, seafood pasta, and dessert on a Spring evening.

    Great spot that needs much better food. Service was great except when we had to fetch our own silverware.
