Fleet Landing Restaurant & Bar
Zach was our waiter for our anniversary and he was great! His service was amazing, we never felt like we were missing anything! Besides the service, the food was delicious.. from the appetizer to dessert we enjoyed every moment of our dinner!
Fabulous food and very attentive service! Rather loud but love the venue. First visit during restaurant week.
Apricot glazed flounder most amazing flounder I have every had. Collard greens were amazing. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Don’t pass this place up.
70th Birthday celebration! Had reservations got there early and was seated . Great meal and service. Thanks
We've gone to Fleet Landing for several years now. It's high on our list of favorties. During the summer months it is wonderful to sit outside and watch the busy harbor.
Great spot to get seafood options. Ambience was perfect and right on the water for amazing views. Great wine list and many options of food to satisfy all. Even had a kids menu so the girls could get something they enjoy! Highly recommend!
We have always had a great experience when dining at Fleet Landing. It is our go-to place when we have guests in town. The food and service are excellent. The water views are nice. I recommend making a reservation to avoid long wait times. They have a nice big bar, but it can get crowded at peak times.
Our waiter was Tripp, he was awesome! We have celebrated our Anniversary at Fleet Landing in the past and loved it so much that we brought our daughter to enjoy it! We will definitely be back soon! The flounder is absolutely delicious!
She Crab soup is a must. Get it with the crabcake added. We've been for both lunch and dinner. We prefer it for lunch. Great food and service and it is on the waterfront. Recommend making a reservation because it is always busy.
Excellent as usual! Made reservations for lunch and had the calamari app for my meal and a Bloody Mary. My mother had the crab cake app and my child had the grilled cheese sandwich off the verbal kids menu. Make reservations or you will be waiting!!
First time to visit this restaurant. Great meal. Seated on time with our reservations and were promptly served. The food was presented well and overall meal was delicious. Will definitely go back!
Overall experience was great. While we sat under the air and it was cold, making me leave my jacket on the whole time, it still was a great dinner. Despite being restaurant week, you’d never know with quick service and excellent food. Offered full menu and specialty menu.
It’s always been a favorite of ours. We highly recommend it
Staff was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our meals. Very nice evening. Wish we had come during daylight to enjoy the water view.
Great place food and service!
Last dinner in Charleston before our girls leave to study abroad
We came here with guests from out of town. Our waitress Sam was awesome. Wonderful personality and an excellent server. My food was cold but not hot temperature wise. Everyone else seemed happy. Perhaps my crab cake was done first and sat for a minute.
Our server Tripp was wonderful. Being that it was Sunday and a lot of people come downtown to eat, he didn’t make us feel rushed. He came back to check on us and made us feel very welcomed.
What a pleasant surprise. We shared apps and one was better than the next. The fried green tomato stack was delicious. Will definitely make this a go to each time we come back
Our waiter was very good. He shared his favorites on the menu
Once again the food was awesome and love the hush puppies with shrimp and lobster. Will be back
Another great experience at Fleet Landing!
This is always a favorite go to spot. Food was a little disappointing. Didn't seem the same level as usual, not as flavorful. Very disappointed they stopped serving the signature biscuits with dinner. That was a real draw. Will now think twice about choosing Fleet's as my favorite Charleston spot.
Had a lovely lunch on the deck. Food was excellent. Servicer very friendly and well prepared. Definitely will recommend to all my friends.
We had a party of three for New Year’s Eve dinner. The food was good but not great. The service was very good and the meal was served very fast. So fast that I would doubt it to be made to order.
The prices were a bit high for the decor.
Overall it was ok. However I doubt we will be back.
NYE dinner. Great food. We both had the crab cake dinner which was great. The crab cakes are all crab and very little breading. Their breading in general is light not heavy fried like some places. Calamari was really good and fresh. We took the waitresses recommendation on dessert and got the local one it was awesome. Super great place and not too $
Been eating here for years. This trip, however was poor. No bread for the table, guess they don't do that anymore. Services was poor - one refill on my glass, waiters stood around the computer terminal chatting most of the night. Kitchen brought my food. Plenty of empty tables around, mostly empty bar. Did not offer dessert, just dropped of the bill. Did not mention any specials, did not offer a bar drink. For $25 a plate I expect a little more. Food was very good.
I visit here whenever I am in town and bring people new to Charleston here, used to be one of my favorite places. Friends and I went for dinner on NYE and we were disappointed...no more biscuits, no hush puppies and if you wanted a straw, you had to buy a metal one! My friend got shrimp and grits (one of my favs) and she said it was just ok. Seems like they are trying to cut costs but this was a disappointing experience from one of my Charleston favorites!
The shrimp & grits were top notch and so was the service!
Family dinner and the food and service was outstanding. Sam is an excellent server.
It was very busy for Christmas week however we sat at a quiet table outside facing toward the battery. Our waiter was terrific and was very helpful. I wish I remembered his name but we will recognize him next time. We had some muscles that were truly delicious! I want the recipe! the main dishes were whole fried flounder with apricot glaze, and pan sautéed trigger fish and both were spot on! It was very relaxing and completely enjoyed our time there.
We went to Fleet Landing upon recommendation to celebrate a birthday. One of the many positives is the ability to make reservations. Upon arrival the staff greeted us promptly and in a very friendly manner. They asked who had the birthday and wished that person a happy birthday. Our waitress was very friendly and informative when asked questions about the menu. She also wished a happy birthday. The food was delicious. Upon leaving the staff once again wished a happy birthday. That attention to patrons is something that sets this restaurant apart from others. We felt very welcome and appreciated. We will be back and will definitely recommend Fleet Landing to others. Thank you for a very positive experience.
always fabulous food & FUN....the very best salmon & crab cakes....just love it!!
Fleet Landing never disappoints!!! We always make sure to have dinner here when in Charleston! One of our favorites!!!
Good food and service. Only drawback to me is it’s a bit touristy and the parking lot sucks
Hair in my soup and honestly, for the space and location, this place has such low standards.
Gloria and the kitchen gave us great service - our drinks, appetizer and entrees were served quickly and Gloria's attentiveness to our needs was superior. The food was very good and we love the ocean and accompanying nautical atmosphere.
Food was good but very over priced. $24 for a shrimp boil. No frills no salad just 6 shrimp 2 potatoes and one piece of sausage.
Awesome food and great service! Zach was awesome!
Tourist place with average food in a great waterfront location. We tried to book a table for six and were told to call the restaurant. They told us they could not book us at 1:30 because lunch business was still too busy. When we arrived and were seated in two groups, there was an open table for ten and two tables of eight for most of our lunch, as well as four, four-tops. Our server was very good. I would not go back and would discourage others, mostly because the food was mediocre.
