Fleet Landing Restaurant & Bar is Charleston's Best Waterfront Dining with a focus on local and sustainable produce and seafood. Housed in a 1940s retired naval building on the east side of the Charleston peninsula, Fleet Landing features a fusion of classic and contemporary Southern seafood fare in a setting that celebrates the area's waterfront heritage.

We take reservations and invite you to make them as far in advance as possible, as they fill up weeks in advance. We always invite walk-ins to join the waitlist when you arrive. If there is no availability on OpenTable, we are fully committed for reservations, and you are invited to join the waitlist when you arrive. For groups of 5-10, please give us a call at 843.722.8100. Larger groups are usually booked several weeks in advance. The largest group that we are able to accommodate is 10 guests.

    Preferred parking is in the flat lot to the left of our building, located in front of the Cruise Terminal at 196 Concord Street, and parking is $5 for guests dining at Fleet Landing (credit card only). The lot is accessible via the sidewalk and our boardwalk. Parking is also available in the city garage across the street and several parking meters on the street. The rate is $2/hr, but parking in either the garage or at a meter is free with a handicapped placard.

    The Downtown Area Shuttle Waterfront loop runs from Waterfront Park (half a block away from the restaurant) to the Aquarium and the visitor's center every 40 minutes from 9:20-6:00.

    Never disappointed! We always enjoy a meal at Fleet whenever we visit Charleston. The triggerfish sandwich and mixed green salad with grilled shrimp were both delicious. Our server was excellent. Can’t wait for our next trip!

    We celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday at Fleet Landing, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to make the evening special. The waterfront view was breathtaking, and it set the mood for a relaxed and memorable evening. The food was incredible—everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We especially loved the sheep head sausage appetizer special and the chef's choice of oysters. To top it off, the birthday dessert came with a heartfelt birthday wish from our server, which really added a personal touch. Fleet Landing exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for amazing seafood, unbeatable views, and exceptional service in Charleston, this is the place to be. We can't wait to come back!

    Fleet was highly recommended but we were not impressed. We eat a lot of seafood and different places around the East and South east. For the prices and portions it was way under. With it being In Charleston you have higher standards and it definitely wasn’t as good as other places in the city.

    Food was good, not great. Ordered 3 different appetizers and two of the 3 were good. Hushpuppies are a signature appetizer and truthfully they were dense and barely warm. Felt like they were stale/reheated.

    We had a wonderful view on the outside deck. Our server (maybe her name was India) was excellent. All food was delicious.Fried calamari, she crab soup, gumbo, spinach salad with fried oysters and several fried fish combinations! My favorite place to dine in Charleston!
