Spot on all the way around! We had reservations, they took us early. We grabbed a drink at the bar, it was fabulous! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was more than filling and delicious! Great menu selection, even offered a vegetarian menu. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful restaurant! A bit hectic and noisy inside, but we sat outside and it was quiet and pretty. The food was excellent. I highly recommend Fleet Landing for any occasion.

Great service from our waiter Mike. Had a nice table overlooking the marsh where we watched the dolphins play. Great food and no birds bothering us at all!

The setting is spectacular. The hostess staff (both the lady that checked us in and the young girl that sat us) were efficient, but far from warm and welcoming. We were clearly just another transaction.

It took a little whole to be greeted at the table by the server, but after that service was good. He checked on us regularly and made sure we had the check timely. It took a little while for the food to come out of the kitchen, but it was very busy.

The food is good, but definitely not remarkable. There was nothing we ate that you just can't wait to eat again. I do think that $6 for kids meals of popcorn shrimp and fries is high especially since you charge another $2.50 for a kid's drink!!

I will go back, but I'll go to other places first.

Food was great as always. They were busy as usual but we had a reservation. I recommend having a reservation unless you prefer sitting around and waiting for a while. We arrived 15 minutes early but we were seated immediately. I usually get the triggerfish but swordfish was on special so I opted to change it up. I chose the blackened seasoning and it was grilled perfectly. The collards were great and so was the red rice. Both had great flavor. My wife got the blackened scallops with low country grits and green beans. What she let me try was great. The scallops were cooked so well that they seemed to melt in your mouth.

We finished it off with the key lime pie as always and it was great as always.

The wait staff and atmosphere was great. Highly recommend. We never come to Charleston without going to Fleet Landing.

Very disappointed in the food, maybe I just ordered the wrong thing! Even the crab dip, though it was good, lacked pizazz with crackers from a box; maybe some breadsticks or toasted French bread slices would have been a nicer selection. Food was served lukewarm and was too starchy. Our waitress seemed very personable with her other tables but not very friendly with us, like we were a burden for her.

This was our first time to Charleston and we reserved a table in advance for our anniversary. It was one of the best meals we have had on this trip! I got the tilapia and my boyfriend got the ribeye. Everything was cooked and seasoned absolutely perfectly. We also had the crab cakes to start and I could’ve eaten about 3 more! The service was excellent and our waitress ended up giving us free dessert for the occasion. When we come back in town to visit we will be definitely stopping by here again! You also need the pomegranate mojito in your life bc it is absolutely the best! I would 100% recommend.

This is a tourist trap more than anything else. The food was not very good. We got oysters as appetizers and they were THE smallest oysters I’ve ever eaten. Maybe not the best season, we looked past them. Then, we had the fried green tomato/crab salad stack. This was the highlight of the meal. We also had gumbo which was good. For lunch, I ordered the shrimp po boy. It had popcorn shrimp on it (strange we thought for a restaurant on the harbor), a Bleu cheese sauce (interesting, but not bad) and shredded Asiago cheese on top. I’ve never had cheese on a po boy and there is good reason — it was gross. My husband got a cheeseburger which he said was underseasoned and unimpressive. The views were nice and the waitstaff was very friendly. Do not waste your time on this one. There’s too much good food in Charleston to go to Fleet Landing.

This is one of our favorite lunch spots in Charleston. Fleet Landing never disappoints. But make reservations. Yes even for lunch. The wait can be an hour without them. Especially in the warmer months. This restaurant is that good.

First time at fleet landing. Thankfully we had reservations. The view was nice, the outside was surprisingly pleasant bc of the breeze from the water. We usually do a different restaurant Everytime we visit Charleston. But fleet landing has more food that I definitely want to try.

We really enjoyed our dinner. The oysters were wonderful. We sat outside and the fans with humidifiers made the ambiance wonderful. We enjoyed the peel and eat shrimp and tuna tartar appetizers. The hush puppies were a bit sweet for me but my son ate them. All our entrees were super. I had shrimp and grits, which I recommend, and both the key lime pie and the pecan pie were fabulous. Our waiter was very relaxed but attentive. The cost for four with wine (prosecco) was $300 with a generous tip. Highly recommend
