Being from Brazil I did expect a wider variety of meats with that being said our server was not the best because we had to call someone everytime we wanted more rice or beans etc,I got the impression that they were short staffed. All we got offered was picanha chicken wrapped in bacon ,lamb (once) file wrapped in bacon (once) and fraldinha (once) like I said being from Brazil maybe I was thinking of getting the same treatment as I would if I was in Passo Fundo.
Probably will not go back.
Thanks.
Great food. Bacon wrapped fillet and Top sirloin are the best plus the pineapple.
We enjoyed our meal very much. Plenty of great meats served by the gaucho's. We will return soon. Our favorite meat was the bacon wrapped filet, second was the parmesan chicken.. Dessert of grilled pineapple was fantastic too. Tables were spaced well apart.
Been a year since my last visit. Salad Buffett gone along with hot bar. Now you have to order from a menu. Main entrees of meat were limited and very slow. We waited with empty plates at least three times waiting for any meat service. Identified up front that one of us would only eat well done meat. Absolutely no consideration for that during our time. Nobody cleared away old side item plates. Table had no more space for any more side items. After dinner coffee was served warm and old. They did make a new pot once I requested it. Probably won’t be going back anytime soon
First time Brazilian Steak house diners. We picked the perfect restaurant to start. Great atmosphere, customer service and food. Obviously you get what you pay for so, the dining experience did cost a bit.
I’m definitely a repeat customer ....................
The meat was too slow to come to the table. Finally just left. The side dishes were unappetizing and just plain.
Very good food and the ambiance was nice! My favorite was Parmesan pork, the beef and my husband really enjoyed the lamb. We will definitely be back!
Love this place always come back here from the Central Valley
Outstanding service outstanding food not much more I can say
The food and service was excellent, the outside patio is lovely
Due to pandemic certain changes had to be made which makes it a little inconvenient. The meat server came immediately after we order which left us sort of waiting for the side dishes which let some of the meat cool off. Service was very good snd portions outstanding. Thank uou
I love the food and the service
Overall ok experience. Service was slow!!! It took a while to get our side order.
I came here for lunch and dinner before, so I expected a great experience. This time for a friend's birthday lunch however, the service was memorably bad. We spent a lot of time waiting for the meat to show up. (We had our card on green, go) When it did, it was dry and overcooked. The server probably only came by like 5 times. There was only two things that were cooked right. The salads were good, but that didn't justify the 40 dollar tag. We left feeling very disappointed and not excited to come back for another friend's birthday. Maybe the service is better for dinner, but I am still apprehensive. I definitely wouldn't come back for lunch.
Food quality is bad service is bad i have had brazailian steaks at different places and it was way better then this
The owner is Indian which is he is not familiar with that type of food
All meats were flavorful and they didn't bombard you with meat where you couldn't keep up. The bread was delicious.
Very good food, recommend the bacon wrapped filet, top sirloin, lamb chops and side fish on weekends.
Great food, nice to be back to indoor eating. Excellent mixed drinks.
The staff of Flame and Fire took good care of me and my family when we went there to celebrate my mom’s 66th birthday. Highly recommend!
Delicious Food
Great food and service was even more excellent! Thank you!!
Really enjoyed the environment and food was exquisite.
Poor service. Host and hostesses do not follow proper mask mandate.
It was very fun. The meat was very good. The sides were delicious.
Great first time experience. All servers seemed very pleasant but Tomas the Gaucho was thorough and timely with the meats!!!
Food was great. Service was poor our waiter was slow. Didn’t bring us all the items we ordered. It took over an hour to bring us apple juice.
No real outdoor dining, rather an enclosed tent. Heaters out of fuel.
Excellent dinner experience.
Man slipping masks but waiter gauchos fairly attentive in adjusting.
Lamb chops surprisingly good. Enjoyed 10 plus cuts. Couldn’t try all due to filling up.
We chose outdoor seating and there were only 2 tables out there. The other people were only there for a couple minutes before they were finished and so the rest of the night we had the whole outside to ourselves! The grilled pineapple was the BEST.
Everything was perfect except for Parmesan chicken was not fully cooked,it tasted raw
Very limited compared to other Gaucho style restaurants
Nothing like the Brazilian steak house on the east coast where they come quick with the meat. This place put us in the back and we waited a while to even get the first meat back to us then we waited a long while in between each server. Nothing nothing nothing like what I was expecting. Long waits. If that’s what your ok with then this is the place to go. Otherwise don’t bother. I won’t be going back.
We dined here to celebrate our 32nd anniversary! It's a great place, except I was taken aback when I noticed they were not enforcing mask to customers coming in.
The food and the service were great! They were able to accommodate a large party on a Sunday afternoon. The ONLY thing that I would suggest that the restaurant menu clarify is that the LUNCH price ($26.95) is not available at all on Sundays. The dinner price is the only option ($52).
When I booked this reservation on Open Table I did not see that the lunch price was not available on Sundays because it's displayed at the very bottom of the screen. The management was kind enough to at least give us a discount because we misunderstood but even printing it prominently on the menu could prevent future sticker shock.
Always the best place for some time alone with my husband.
Marco is the best manager, he always makes sure you are being taken care and he makes the dinner even better.
Service and food were excellent
It was my boyfriends first time, he loved it. Had a blast!!!
Not the first time
Love the food An excellent customer service
Great food
