The salads are accompanied by several types of traditional Brazilian dishes such as Feijoada, Beans, farofa and Brazilian rice. Each table is also served fried banana, pao de queijo (cheese bread) and cinnamon roasted pineapple. Took a while to get seated. The table is small. However the food is awesome! The drinks are well worth it. The salad bar was great. We had a gluten intolerant person witg us and she did not get sick after. The meat is awesome!!!!

My friend and I made the reservation at Flame and Fire to try a new cuisine for us. Everything was lovely. It happened to be my birthday, though I didn't indicate it on the reservation, but our server Ryan apparently noted the gift bag and brought us a wonderful birthday treat!! It truly was a surprise and made my day! We will return with friends sometime soon:-)

This is by far one of the greatest places I have ever eaten at. The people were friendly, the Waitresses were beautiful, the food was awesome.
I would take my whole family and friends in there if I could get them all together someday.

It’s a bit expensive but well worth it… the food is excellent! I took my sister (who is a meat lover) there for her birthday. She loved it and has been talking about going back.

Loved our experience when visiting California in2016, but not so much this time... floor had food on it, gaucho serving us meats dropped a large piece near our feet... and it stayed there for the full time there. And most food items were mediocre this time, with only 3 exceptions...

Overall the dinner was great! Don't plan on going if you can't really eat much, because there is soo much food to try! Pricy, but just right for special occasions. Too bad the dessert menu wasn't too great. They should add in ice cream!

This restaurant was absolutely amazing. I came here to celebrate my boyfriend's 35th birthday and was very satisfied. The moment we walked in we were taken by the ambiance. All of the waiters and waitresses were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. Although we had a waiter, if another waiter/waitress saw our glasses half full, they'd come by and fill it up. Everyone worked together to keep the customers satisfied. I will definitely be coming back.

Flame an Fire was just what I was hoping for. Their salad bar is excellent, I sampled a hot fish dish that reminded me of a Thai curry soup, very good. Spicy chicken, leg of lamb, top sirloin, and bacon wrapped filet were excellent. The beef and lamb you can select the doneness that you like. The pork rib was very tender but had some dry edges. A very good Malbec complimented the meal. This is a meat eaters paradise.

One of “go to” spots for special occasions. Took the wife, son, daughter and her BF for their birthdays. Sure it’s pricey....but excellent service. Great all you can eat meats and salad bar. The rice and feijoada is great with the various meat. The top sirloin and the lamb chops were my faves. Sure you’ll have some indigestion if your not used to eating vast quantities of delicious meat from giant skewers. Just drink another caipirinha and you be fine....

Over priced dinner for 4 with tip $300.00. Self serve salad bar was clean and appealing, meat selections were varied some too raw, many too salty and some were very chewy. I would not recommend its just a glorified buffet that is over priced. The service was ok

My wife and I went to Flame and Fire with a Groupon that we picked up back in July. It was an early birthday treat for me. This was our second time dining at the restaurant.

Our waiter was very personable and the service was good. The ambiance and layout of the restaurant is nice, simple, and modern.

The restaurant offers a "gourmet food bar" with hot dishes, salad, cheeses, olives, various vegetables, and some cold things like pasta salad, etc. I wish they had some fruit up there.

The meal service came with some delicious little rolls that have cheese baked into them, polenta (which wasn't special), and baked bananas that we enjoyed.

The main service of course is the unlimited barbecue meats. They have a wide variety. It's important to sample them all, so my wife and I would get a split a piece of anything that seemed good; from the bacon wrapped filet, tri-tip, bottom sirloin, top sirloin, garlic steak, parmesan chicken, bacon wrapped chicken, leg of lamb, lamb chop, short ribs, sausage, spicy chicken, parmesan pork, and pork tenderloin. After sampling everything we knew exactly what we wanted more of ;) In my opinion the bacon wrapped chicken and bottom sirloin were the best. For dessert they brought out some grilled pineapple.

We definitely enjoyed our meal but given how expensive it is we'll wait awhile before we go back... probably with another Groupon.

The only complaint I would consider making is two-fold. I don't think they let the meat rest before they carve it - it continues to cook on your plate if you let it sit. I think that causes them to overcook the meat and dry it out at times. Batch A of meat might be good whereas Batch B of the same is definitely overdone (or vice versa) so it is a little inconsistent.

What a unique and fun spot for a special occasion. The service was impeccable. The hand crafted drinks were amazing. So many choices of food and for an all you can eat environment, it is upscale and romantic. Not your typical buffet for sure.
Can't wait to go with friends again.

The dining is standard Brazillian steakhouse, which needless to say is delicious. Some of the staff was good about noticing which side of your card was up, and others asked if you wanted the particular cut of meat they had every time. My biggest complaint is that the lighting was off. It was WAY too bright for dinner. Given that the dining room is fairly small, it made dinner uncomfortable. Turn the lights down and you'd have a nice, intimate dinner setting.

Our first experience here set the bar for service, food & overall experience. Sadly, it has changed & not for the better.

Our last two visits were made with reservations well ahead of time and both times we had to wait an extra 15-30 minutes for our table. We could see vacant tables on our arrival so we didn’t understand why we had to wait.

There was no explanation given when we were finally seated. “Thank you for waiting.” And that was it.

The food is still amazing though the service has also taken a turn south. On our most recent visit the service was reminiscent of the Circus Circus buffet.

We went for the experience, and Flame and Fire did not disappoint... in fact it was very good...! I rate it ideal for any special occasion... the 'flamed' meats were all good and the choice/variety was expansive. They had their house specialties... and I thoroughly urge everyone to try... their top sirloin was excellent. The salad bar was good overall, but leave room for the main course of flamed meats! I personally found their blue cheese hard and dry (probably old). The table service was excellent and informative. One last thing... Their Brazilian coffee (that night) was awful... just flavored water, and it would have taken 25 mins to get a fresh cup. Management needs to have better quality control here!

Food was amazing and our party had a great time.
A couple of things that we thought weird were when our server poured the leftover of my wine glass into my new wine serving (without asking) which I found a little gross. Then, when we were about to leave, after we split the checks and combined tips, our server came in an insolent manner and asked my friend why he hadn't put a tip in his bill. To be honest we all felt embarrassed and outraged and we should have removed our tips after we had pooled about 18% tip together.
If we go again, because the food was amazing, there will be no tips for sure.

Made reservations a few hours before our meal. We only waited for a few minutes and then they sat us. Our waiter was informative and very polite. He explained the whole procedures and we were off eating some good food. The salad bar was excellent, and the choices of meat was outstanding. Looking forward to visiting the establishment again very soon.

We come from So Cal, used to go to Greenfields Churrascaria in Long Beach and West Covina. Flame and Fire would be comparable, albeit smaller. Our party enjoyed our dinner, service was prompt, meats came continually. Although I am allergic to pineapple, the rest of the party was raving about the pineapple. Great flan for desert. My wife thinks it's the best flan she's ever had! A bit on the expensive side, so we would come back definitely for other special occasions or get togethers.

The meat is seasoned very good ,salad bar is full of fresh veggies and cheeses. I especially love the lamb here. The filet mignon is not brought out until you ask for it. But the chicken and pichanha make the rounds regularly. We eat here once a week, I recommend it.

For the price they charge, the meat was so dry and tough. Even the pineapple was horrible because they serve it too close to the core. Similar restaurant in SF was so good, I expected the same because the price per person is about the same. But No comparison! I do NOT recommend this restaurant .

We celebrated our daughter's 50th birthday....it was her choice to come to Flame & Fire. She was delighted and I'm sure would enjoy returning someday. I'm not a big meat eater but did enjoy what I ate. It's a bit pricey if not a huge meat eater. A suggestion the three of us have, though, is for you to name the items you have at the hot bar and also the salads. I personally was not impressed by the hot bar, husband didn't have anything from the hot bar because was saving room for the meat selections; daughter liked what she had but would have tried the beans if she'd known what they were.
The extra dessert treat for our daughter was delightful .... we all enjoyed it...and different than we've ever seen. Very impressive.
We drove down from Chico for the occasion.

Granted we did get 4 cocktails but $100 for lunch for 2 is too much no matter how much one can eat and I don't have a large appetite. Unfortunately the price will keep me from going more than the one time to try it. Too bad there aren't options for smaller appetites with a smaller price tag to go with it. Dinner for 2 would've been even more so regretfully, that will never happen. Dined with a $30 Groupon that was $18, but with the discount it was still a very expensive lunch. Food was amazing however.
