We love Firenze, and have been going since they opened so many years ago. The atmosphere is hushed, but the aromas coming from the kitchen are so tempting. Plan on taking your time, sip some wine, enjoy your company and the person(s) you are with. This about savoring the experience, not a dine and dash meal. FETTUCINE AL SALMONE is my absolute favorite. Enough for dinner, and lunch the next day!
