   We're regilars. The food is always first class and interesting. Management is always available and concerned. It's always a pleasure. Even the Parking Valets are friendly and greet yiu cordially, both coming and going

   Went there on a date having never been there before, so I was taking a risk. But it was a risk worth taking. Our waitress was attentive and friendly and provided a quality recommendation (pork chop). Date had the burger. The food was prepared to perfection and was delicious. The side dishes were great...not huge like some restaurants, but just the right amount. Good wine selection. Nice atmosphere. You sit close to other patrons, but I could not hear other conversations. I would definitely go again.

   The menu offers great variety and unique offerings. I love the ambiance and always count on a delicious meal when I visit Fire. The wait staff is very attentive and I will keep going back whenever I visit Cleveland.

   Been dining at fire for years. Despite the many nice additions to Cleveland's restaurant scene, fire remains one of my favorite place to eat. Great place to take guests because the menu accommodates so many different palates, including vegetarian and vegan.

   Fire is s lovely space to sit on the outdoor and main area (with that big window) we were placed in a banquet room that felt like a nursing home dining hall) service was lousy with drinks delayed for 20' and order done incorrectly). Eggs for my son had to send back since not cooked.Not the fire experience that I have had with eating there dozen of times. Reluctant to go back with many options present. Hope fire reads this review and reflect.

   We've come to fire before and always enjoyed the food and service. The food here is always at least 4 stars, with spot-on flavor profiles that are interesting and not boring "modern American". There's always a vegan option, where my husband knows he'll have no egg (he's a picky vegetarian). And unlike most places, the veg option is always tasty and not boring (So sick of eggplant!). The cocktails are alway spot on, and no one can every accuse them of skimping on the alcohol. But this experience stood out in particular because our server Natalie was an absolute gem. We were meeting another couple, and they were suuuuper late. We thought we were getting stood up, but during the hour wait until the other couple showed, Natalie kept our drinks full with a smile and a joke. She was attentive when needed and stayed away when we didn't need her. We never felt rushed and never felt abandoned either. Perfect experience.

   We have eaten in my restaurants in the Cleveland metropolitan area over the years and have found Fire to be consistently excellent. The ambiance, food, and service are wonderful. Look forward to returning for another good meal.

    Our adult children from out of state really enjoyed the food they ordered, but the time between ordering and being served was very long. When I asked our server about it, she apologized and explained the delay was because of a new menu that evening. I would think the kitchen staff would have had it down pat before serving it to patrons. The delay, however, allowed us to have a conversation because earlier diners cleared out and we could finally talk at our table and be heard. The noise level was such that I'd think twice before returning to Fire. We thought Chef Doug Katz added a special touch that his patrons obviously appreciate when he stopped to chat at each table. That's a thoughtful touch. But Fire is pricey and for the money I'd prefer to go to a quieter restaurant. But it was a special occasion and our children did enjoy the good food.
