We arrived at 6:45 for a 7 pm reservation. We didn’t get seated until almost 730PM. No one came to our table for another 30 minutes. We waited as long as we could but had to leave to get back to the babysitter (that we paid). Overall a huge disappointment because the ambience was great and we were seated in a lovely spot.

The food and ambiance were great, but our reservations was at 6:30. We didn't get our dinner until almost 8:30, and that was because we complained. People sitting after us got their dinners while we just sat there. What added insult to injury was our waitress asking if we wanted to see the dessert menu before we got our dinners! She should have been more attentive to the long wait.

My party of five had a 7pm reservation. We were seated promptly when we arrived, and hostess was nice enough. Unfortunately we waited 20 minutes with no service; we did receive water but no other service. The hostess, at minute fifteen, said she found our waitress and was coming over but after another 5 minutes, we decided to leave. The restaurant was not very busy, as evident from the open tables around us. The live music was nice but otherwise, it was very disappointing.

Made a reservation and there seemed to be every timeslot available so not heavily busy in advance. Got there 15 minutes early and found the place was quite busy. Cute inside. Shabby chic style. We were put literally at the worst table there…in a makeshift corner created with dividers alongside a bathroom hallway and a storage area with a bunch of junk stacked up everywhere and employees clunking around. A walk-in can be put at such a crumby table but not a reservation (and one of the few reservations that they even to make it more annoying) who planned ahead to be there. The waitress was very sweet but got the order wrong and then never corrected it. I think she seemed to be relying on someone else to bring it out to our table but that never happened. She however never found out our food didn’t arrive until the bill came because she never came back to our table to check on our order. We literally were wondering if her shift ended and she had gone home!!! We waited for so long to get the check and then to get the credit card slip to sign. I would never do this but I wanted to guess what the bill was and leave cash on the table just to be able to leave. But we waited and eventually did finish with the payment and left. I do not think I will go back unless I happen to be skiing at powder ridge already. Definitely not worth a drive to go there specifically to eat. Not a great experience

Great food. Service was lacking a bit but it is ski season and it was crowded. Still, we waited 1/2 hr before anyone came (and we were sat without menus, so…).

Delicious food, quick service. Loved the igloo, but do wish it was a little easier to eat in. Would be ideal for apps and drinks, but 8 of us were happy and cozy for lunch! Very warm!

Great food but super slow service due to not enough staff. Waited over an hour for our drinks. Our reservation was for 8:30 and we were done with dinner at 11. This place has so much potential but I don’t know if we’ll be back.

I have NEVER written a review, but the worst dining experience I have ever had....and on New Years Eve to boot. Hats off to Jamie the bartender for at least stepping up in an attempt to right this sinking ship. She took ownership of the situation while the owner was sitting with a group of his friends/family like Nero fiddling while Rome burned to the ground. 150 people sitting and waiting for over 4 hours for courses to be brought out----we left and never even received ours after waiting an eternity. People were blowing their party horns at their highest decibels, poetically adding to the chaos which was unfolding. When a waitress appeared with a tray of food, the table would erupt in mock jubilation at the mere thought of eating a shrimp cocktail or a leaf of Caesar salad. I hope someone else can verify these facts-----it was a classic Greek tragedy unfolding before our very eyes. Take the "best" episodes of Hell's Kitchen, Bar Rescue, and Kitchen Nightmares, put them in a blender and then pour it onto the floor and that was our dining room. Thank God we are two people who don't get upset by anything and now have a great cocktail story to share! But the facts are we went out for a New Years Eve night, and could not have picked a worse situation to be in, including being in a prison or at a Diddy Party. And finally, Mr Owner you should be ashamed at yourself sitting with your party and actually celebrating and eating while your establishment burnt to the ground. You should have been cooking, serving, bussing or whatever else needed to be done in attempting to lead your staff through this horrific night. Sell the place to Jaime, and least she cares-----and you surely should make sure you apologize to those staff members who I am sure all got stiffed in tips. New Years Eve is "just another night" to us, but to some it's a big night out which you certainly made memorable---and not in a good way

My partner and I came here for New Years celebrations and I was beyond disappointed. I understand that places are busy but the management staff did not anticipate the interest in this event. The sections were not properly organized to the point all the couples were sitting in one section with two ten tops. The night was so overwhelming our server quit mid-shift. Our reservation was at 7:30 PM and we did not get our food until 11:15 PM. It was a disappointing disaster to be one of the last tables in the entire place to have service simply because of an efficiency failure. When I went to talk to management, they had left for the night. This is unheard of for a holiday evening with an event ongoing. The food we were served was tasty but cold. I felt so bad for the staff who tried to make up for the disaster of the evening. I wish I got their names because they truly turned our evening around. We did enjoy the ambience of the restaurant and did enjoy the drinks. Overall, I may try again for a normal dinner service but think twice before booking any events here.

Awesome time and enjoyed ourselves! The igloo stayed at a comfortable temperature and everyone with or without heat intolerance enjoyed themselves without any temperature issues .
