We had an awesome time celebrating my Dads birthday with your team. Our waitress was awesome, the food was delicious and the ambiance was perfect. The candle on the ice cream was a well appreciated touch!

It was the first time ever eating at Fins. The staff are so nice, and friendly, the atmosphere is great. This was a work dinner, and recommendation from my customer. They are know for their Wagyu beef. When we took the recommendation from the staff and got the lambchop special we asked how they recommend it to be prepared, they said medium rare. Well it came out rare, so chewie, you could barely cut it, the cops were one big rack, not cut into lollypops, and just horrible. Two people with drinks spent $425.00. For that spend the food should be amazing, and it was sub par. My client tells me he was just at the same restaurant the previous night with another vendor, and they brought out a $100 wagyu steak well done when ordered medium rare. That had to be a costly mistake. I also watched one of the prep chefs, the kid looks like he could barely shave, use his fingers to put the potatoes cakes on the plate. Needless to say I didn't eat them, and that is what they call in the food industry cross contamination. They are lucky I was not a food critic, or a health inspector. I hate leaving a bad review, the people there are so nice, but when you spend $400 on a business dinner, it best be off the charts. I was not even asked when my plate was pretty much untouched if something was wrong. I will not return now for two reasons Staff touching food with their fingers, and just poor food.

We went to Fin for our 10 year anniversary. We had never been before and could not have chose a more perfect place for a special celebration. Knowing our reservation was for our anniversary, Fin setup a table with rose petals and offered us a complementary glass of champagne. We ordered the flounder with crab meat, (huge pile of crab meat), and the seafood pasta, (including scallops and lots of lobster meat). Holy cow what a meal. Expertly cooked and presented. We couldn't stop eating each others dinners. It was all so good. We are looking forward to trying some of the appetizers someday soon.

Fin never disappoints. My favorite dish of 2023 is the tuna tartare with seaweed salad and sriracha ice cream. So heavenly. I can’t wait to return.

Fin is our favorite! We went there most recently for mu husbands birthday. As always the food was perfection! We went into the bar afterwards for a nightcap. We had a lovely evening and will be back soon.

We just wanted you to know that we were so thankful that our new friends, Chip and Peggy Watson (they frequent your establishment on Tuesdays whenever they can, they said this is their favorite restaurant and they live 5 min. away). WE were from the Manassas, Bristow area of VA and were down for a business trip. We made reservations and Katie not only welcomed us but had the friendliest and warmest smile. She even informed us of the air conditioning issue you were having and it was COLD! But thankfully I was able to pull out a sweatshirt and keep the upper half of the body warm. My feet struggled, but it made us thankful when we stepped outside. Because we arrived early, we were able to chat with Katie about wines and the chefs behind the counter to find out what the best offerings were in their opinion! They were not wrong! WE thoroughly enjoyed the service, food and your wonderful menu of items! THANK YOU for a great place to meet new friends!

Katy was a great server. Helpful with the wine selection. I had flounder and crab meat which was ok - nothing special. My wife had the 8oz "Prime" beef tenderloin. The tenderloin was hard to chew and seemed like it could have been a sirloin. The She Crab Soup was delicious as were the firecracker shrimp. The caesar salads were disappointing. The last couple of times we have been to FIN the food has been sub-par - definitely not as good as it used to be some time back. It may be a while before we spend another $300 there...

Four friends celebrated a birthday here and had the three course lunch to include the she crab soup, crab cake and chocolate dessert. Everything was delicious. We all agreed the meal, service and ambience were outstanding. We will return!

Food is amazing! I highly recommend the seared scallops. Could easily be a five star review except that they now add a forced 20% gratuity. Unfortunately, when you receive service that is incongruent with the price you are paying for the restaurant, as we did on this visit, this leaves no room for adjustment. I do typically tip more than 20% (I am a former waiter) and seldom tip less, however our service this visit warranted a lower tip, but that was not an option.

The food was ok. I had the soup trio and it would have been a hot but the crab soup had to many shells. The same for the crab cakes, there were too many shells. It was to exhausting to keep picking out shells and spitting them out.
