Best food in JH. Excellent service and quiet environment Love the falaffal.
The lamb kabobs were tender and flavorful. We also liked the hummus and baba ganouge. The bread was warm but contained sugar, which was unnecessary and distracting. The tabouli was so so (mushy instead of fresh), and the lentil rice dish was big on style, small on flavor. Plus, it was cold.
I’m half Lebanese so my expectations are probably higher than most. The dishes would benefit from a higher standard of authenticity.
Food was great! Wait staff and the manager Michael made our evening better than expected. Food and environment were top notch!!
We were in Jackson, WY on a tour of some National Parks and decided on something different for dinner than steaks/meat. Were were pleasantly surprised to discover Figs. And what a meal the 4 of us had. Kudos all around. And the staff was warm and welcoming, going the extra mile to create for me a dinner cocktail out of one of their normal "non-alcoholic" specialty drinks . Everyone in our small group raved about the food, the staff and the environment of the boutique hotel, even my more picky in-laws. We strongly suggested to our guide that he put Figs on his "great place to eat" list of restaurants and we would recommend Figs to anyone going to Jackson.
Very comfortable restaurant. Food was fantastic. Falafel balls and hummus were outstanding. Service was very good and they do not rush you in and out. Would highly recommend when visiting Jackson.
Figs is a small Lebonese restaurant inside the Hotel Jackson. It has a small bar area and tables that have couches and pillows along the perimeter. The ambiance is fabulous and intimate. I started with their Two Dollar Pistol blackberry cocktail...yum with a kick of habanero bitters. So tasty! My husband and I shared everything we ordered. We had the fattoush, which was a very fresh salad of lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers with a lemon vinaigrette and topped with crispy pita chips. Next we had the beef tartare, which was amazing! It was a good portion and just the best flavor with capers and onions. This was served with four small slices of seasoned pita strips. It was not served the traditional way of slices of beef, it was chopped and formed into a yummy cylinder shape. We also ordered the grape leaves stuffed with lamb and rice. There were four on the plate. The leaves were not very tender, but the flavor was great. The last item we had was the shrimp skewer. The shrimp were marinated, seasoned and grilled perfectly, they were tender and had a great char. There were four jumbo size shrimp on the skewer served with a small portion of rice. So good! For dessert, we ordered the baklava three ways. Little tastes of three different types of this sweet treat. Emily provided great service, was friendly and engaging. I highly recommend this restaurant for its ambiance and fantastic flavors.
Terrific authentic Lebanese cuisine in a lovely setting.
Very good food, followed waiter's suggestions. Very good for sharing.
Ok. It's a Forbes listed hotel so you would expect to pay a little extra. The food quality however is 'good' at best, certainly not outstanding. Service is high quality, friendly but not too 'intrusive. The wine list is unfortunately vastly over priced with an only average Sauv Blanc starting the prices at $57! A party of 6 enjoyed a bit of a 'splurge' but on reflection it's a bit style over substance and just not 'special enough.
The food was excellent. The service was awkward on the timing, not quite as we requested, but our server was very pleasant and attentive.
We were very disappointed in our experience here. We have friends who cook authentic Lebanese food that is far superior to this. I was not aware the restaurant was in a hotel or I would not have selected it. It seems like more of a place to get a drink & a quick bite than a dining experience.
Outstanding Middle Eastern Food!! Their pita is the best I gave ever had. Numerous small plates to share., many vegetarian!! A must stop in Jackson!!
Tables are very small and wait staff do space courses, table quickly becomes overloaded.
Best Lebanese food my wife and I have ever eaten and she is Lebanese! It was a real treat. Can’t wait to go back.
Great food with lots of vegan choices ! The falafel , tabouleh and grape leaves were outstanding.
Very good food and cocktails the hostess was very accommodating and server was excellent. Food is very well prepared but a bit pricy for what it is. The noise level was refreshingly quiet and you can have a conversation! Good place to have a small group as you can talk. Love the spicy hummus, and the fresh pita is marvelous.
Dinner was fantastic. Cocktails, shared small plates, service was all great. Wife has food allergies and they were very accommodating.
My family and I dined in four different places during a recent visit to Jackson, Figs was by far our favorite! The hostess was great, the cocktails off the chart, the food delicious, and nice and quiet for our mom who is hard of hearing! We found most restaurants in town lacking in service, but not Figs! Go there for an excellent meal!!
Memorable meal with fantastic service. Will return. Highly Recomend. The attention to detail was appreciated. Loved the eggplant especially. Lamb kabobs were mild but tasty. Beautiful dining area and bar.
Very disappointed with the table we were seated at. I think it was either 46 or 47. Why encourage guests to make a reservation if they are then seated at a ‘backup’ table
Very refreshing to find a menu different than all other restaurants around Jackson. Every dish was delicious and very well prepared. The decor is very warm and the service could not be better. Highly recommended
Best Lebanese food I have ever had in the United States. Incredible meal, will return to Jackson Hole just to have another lunch or dinner. Cocktails incredible. Best dining experience I have had in years. Highly recommend
Of the three dinners we had while in Jackson, Figs was the best in my opinion, but also the most expensive. (We also went to The Wort and Trio) I love Mediterranean food, and I liked that there were many vegetarian options for the vegetarian in our group, but if you are looking for a heavier, larger meal, this might not be the place. The plates are small, so we got many and shared. The specialty cocktails were excellent!
This was a very nice restaurant and the food was very good but it wasn’t a good value as the portions were very small and we didn’t get a lot for our money.
Delicious food and great ambience. The falafel, mezze plate and spinach pies were standouts. Also gets the lighting and music right to support the dining experience, which seems sadly unusual these days. Only issue was that everything came out very quickly — one after the other — which resulted in certain things sitting there getting cold and a rushed dining experience that was not in keeping with the quality of the food and the ambience. Should space things out a bit givven small plate format. But still a great place.
Family from out of town visiting. They are vegetarians. Food options were many. Lebanese cuisine. Service was very good. The pita bread was the best we had ever had, hands down. Somewhat noisy due to a couple of large parties with children in the small restaurant. Only downside was that they didn’t offer a happy hour when most restaurants in Jackson do.
Great food but the waitress hurried us through dinner. Didn’t finish any courses without another getting dropped off on our extremely small table. Cost was very high for the rush of our dinner. I even asked her to wait on coffee/dessert until I finished my wine. Unfortunately, coffee came out anyways. If the service Hey wasn’t lacking the rating would be totally different. Too much money for fast food. Plus, the Loren or bar had a cooking timer that went off every couple minutes. I have a pampered chef timer at home and it sounded just like that. Not a good experience for our first diner here. It’s a shame, food and drinks were good.
The food and the service was plenty good enough. But to be clear, I’ve had better Mediterranean food. The problem here was with the bartender. He concocted a drink that tasted like a cross between a petrochemical and weed killer. That’s okay I guess, but then he wanted me to pay for it after taking a sip, choking and sending it back. The manager wasn’t there so he was in charge or I’m sure the manager would have figured it out. I’m guessing from the poor server’s face this wasn’t the first time on this drink. Sadly, I left disappointed because of a bartender’s pride and won’t be back.
The food was delicious, but the service was very slow. For a high-end resort area I expected better service.
Fabulous experience starting with beautiful, hip decor. Service was outstanding and the waitress knew menu and food. Lebanese chef created authentic, delicious food. Food was nicely presented. Quiet pleasant setting, could talk during meal, hear conversation.
We love this restaurant. We’ve been several times before and always have a good meal. We like getting numerous small plates and sharing them. The service is always impeccable. The atmosphere is sophisticated but casual.
We were on vacation and tried Figs for brunch. We liked it so much we came back for dinner a few days later. Very enjoyable. Fresh tasty food.
Lovely setting, delicious authentic cuisine and excellent server.
Family vacation dinner. Experience was excellent.
Figs NEVER disappoints!
Excellent food and service
The Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food in 250miles radius
We stuck with the mezze menu and were very happy with our choices. Especially notable are the baba ganoush which had a pleasant smoked flavor and kibbe. The pita are very special so orders extras to really get it on with a couple of hummus selections. We didn’t try any kebab or salad and are looking forward to a return visit to do so.
Beautiful decor. Nice service. Appetizers were big but entrees were skimpy for the money
We ordered the mezze app plate to start. The fresh pita was fantastic and the flavors of the dips were good. Nothing outstanding. For dinner we ordered the chicken kebab and the beef tenderloin kebab. The portions for the price were astonishingly and embarrassingly small. ONE skewer with 4 pieces of meat for $20 with only a small side of bland rice pilaf was shocking. I'm used to higher prices for a meal, however, the price is usually warranted due to details taken in preparation/ presentation or multi-level flavors. This meal did not have any of those components. Further, there were no additional options for sides other than rice, the same sauce that came with the chicken, pita, and celery sticks- $7 for celery mind you!!! We left hungry and with a much lighter wallet.
Some of the best Mediterranean food I've ever had. Love the pita hot out of the oven. Also the grilled eggplant with garlic, yogurt, tomatoes and mint is amazing.
Could be the new "go to" place in a town with a lot of "go tos." Great open feeling to the space (20 foot or so ceilings), delightful server (Kitiya), and quite marvelous food. We had the Mezze Plate with a couple of extra hummus bowls. All delicious. And the pita: hot, light, and perfect.
