Happy bday to my dad - thanks for a great dining experience.
My wife and I had a fantastic pre KA meal at Fiamma. Great service, excellent food, upscale and fun ambiance. Its pricy, but worth it!
Food and service were great. Our reservation for 6:30 was delayed 1:2 hour. We had tickets for a performance at 8pm food came at 7:30pm. Couldn’t enjoy the food as we were in a hurry and had to send back our dessert.
We made our reservation over s month before our visit knowing would be busy, Andre Bocelli was in concert that night. Assuming that a place the size of The MGM Grand would easily be able to handle the crowds. We checked in 45 minutes early and left to have a cocktail. Upon arrival back we walked into a crowd of at least 75 people waiting to be seated? We did get our seat about 20 minutes late. It was unsettling to watch the poor hostess staff get berated by many angry diners. All in all I thought they handled the rush very well. The food was good service was good. Nothin
Good food, quick service
Wonderful experience. Loved the restaurant
The restaurant is beautiful. The ambiance is romantic. The service is exceptional. Exceptional wines by the glass, which I find is rare. The food is very good, but for the price, falls a little short. I had the surf & turf ribeye and lobster for $89. The ribeye was overdone and a little tough even though I ordered it medium rare. The lobster, however, was perfect and a nice serving size. My husband's truffle gnocchi was good, but left something to be desired.
Overall, I would recommend. As a side note, we ate here years before and we recall it being a little better. Don't know if it's a change in chef or just a near miss for our meals for the evening. I would eat here again, just know it's expensive and not a particularly great value.
Great food and service. Not sure why they put a loud group of twelve into a quiet area with already seated patrons. However, they relocated us to make up for it. Just better sensibility next time. Otherwise, great and shall return! Ask for Reed, he is the best ever.
You'll always pay a premium for a restaurant In a resort, but don't let that stop you from coming here. Excellent and delicious food. Corkage was an over the top $50 per bottle, so we only had cocktails (which were fantastic). Get the short rib ravioli, you won't be disappointed.
Standard pricing for the location, food was good but nothing really special about it. I had an ol fashion to drink but it was way to sweet. Overall it was a nice place we great service and decent food
Had the branzino and chicken parm. Branzino was just a touch on the salty side, chicken parm could have been pounded out a bit more to get more crispy. Nice setting and prices about LV average. Service was very good.
Overall amazing food and experience.
Food was average quality but very much overpriced. We were the only customers there when we were seated but right after we were seated, they put two people directly next to us. They could hear our conversation and we could hear theirs. Basically the rest of the restaurant was empty. No reason for that. Service was fragmented and not seamless. Should have been better service since there were only about 20 customers on the restaurant at the time we were there. I would not recommend this restaurant.
The restaurant is beautiful, the service was good but the food nothing special much less at those prices, yes its Las Vegas but food was dissapointing. Ordered pasta and meatballs which any “italian” restaurant should be able to do well. This was ok but the pasta was drenched in sauce, the sauce did not taste very home made or authentic. The Tiramisu dessert was good.
Not so good the second time around.
But I like the place.
Had a fantastic dinner with the perfect amount of food. Was a perfect way to finish off a nice stay in Las Vegas,
Excellent food service. One of the best Martinis in town!
There were 6 of us and all loved our meals. We were disappointed in the service. She wasn’t very attentive and had an attitude with us about splitting up the check and even said. That’s fine but it’s going to take awhile, and it did, it took her a good 20 minutes to bring us our checks, take our cards, and bring them back.
We were a table of eleven for a 40th B-day Party. We were all very satisfied with the elegant ambience, busy restaurant but easy to hear your neighbors.
Food and drinks were excellent! My husband says that was the best steak he ever had! Great wine selection. Service for the most part was excellent as food and drinks came to us in a timely manner, water well maintained and special requests accommodated. However, we left with a sour taste in our mouth as several guests in our party alluded that we were paying separately and the bill came out all in one. When we asked it to be separated our main server (lady with short blonde hair and glasses) became quite visibly annoyed and started to throw her helpers “under the bus”. Very unprofessional and quite rude to several of us. Kudos to the younger gentleman servers for keeping their cool. It took some time for the bill to be separated and a few of us were frantic as we had to race to our shows.
My associate was 15 minutes late for our reservation, bad on him. But during that time, the waiter didn't greet me, check up on me for water, take a drink order; zilch. I finally had to ask a passing waiter to get my waiter. Once our waiter got engaged with us he was professional, not personal or friendly but did everything well. The food can be very rich, tasty but rich. Maybe next time it would be better to order less rich appetizers to accompany a shared main course to balance out the meal. Also, they are busy, even during the week, get a reservation.
Food was good except for the undercooked salmon. Little loud, but ok if you sit in the back. Service a little slow at this price point.
We chose FiAMMA because we were attending a concert across the street at the Park Theater and wanted something special for a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, they missed the mark a bit.
While the food was great and they had a wonderful selection, the service lacked severely.
Salads/appetizers came out fairly quickly but we didn't see our waiter again until the entrees were brought to the table and the empty salad and appetizer dishes were still sitting in front of us. The server had to put the food back down so he could clear away the empties.
As mentioned, the food was really good and above our expectations. We ordered one additional round of drinks when the entree was served. However, as with the prior course, we didn't see anyone until once again our plates were empty and the second round of drinks was brought at that point.
No dessert was offered, no acknowledgment of the birthday celebration other than by the hostess when we arrived (we had noted that on our reservation request) and we had to ask for the check.
I don't know if our server was just overwhelmed by tables (although tables immediately around us didn't seem to have the same issue) or just having a bad night but it was frustrating to spend $300 for a meal and not get the anticipated level of service that one expects with that.
Food and service was good. However the restaurants proximity to the losers bar made hearing difficult. Also because of the location there was lots of cigarette smoke which was off putting.
Great food and perfect portion sizes. Extensive wine list
The food was great and the service outstanding.
We had a reservation for a booth but wanted to see the Dodgers play, so we sat at a table near the bar. Kerry was fabulous, making suggestions about food and drinks based on our preferences, and was very attentive. Everything about the experience was wonderful. We have been several times and have never been disappointed in any way.
I had the short rib ravioli and it was delicious. The food is delicious but get a table away from the front. It’s too noisy and you feel like your sitting in the middle of the casino.
We visit FiAMMA every time we are in Vegas. The food and service is outstanding.
Great dinner with a group of friends. Good selection of options for the gluten intolerant.
Food was bland. Service was not good. Felt like because I was dining alone the server either forgot about me or didn't value my tip because it would be a lower total tab.
I absolutely love FiAMMA. I live in WA and have been to Vegas two times in as many weeks, I have made it a point to eat at FiAMMA each time. I love the Lobster Gnocchi, Raviolini and the Meatballs. To die for, really. So much so that my wife and I flew down just to have dinner/wine at FiAMMA.
we order calamari (very rubbery) and lasagna (pasta way too thick)
unimpressed especially for the prices
Always have had great meals here. Their Caprese Salad is the best, I've ever had
Wonderful meals and dessert ! Celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday
Birthday and gathering
2nd time I have been there and looking forward to the 3rd. Appetizers shared calamari, octopus, caprese salad. Just perfect. I had the cioppino and it was as delicious as any I’ve ever had. Full of fish and mollusks and shell fish, all perfectly prepared in a savory broth. We were a group of 10 and all were impressed
We had to ask for drink refill from a passing waiter. Other than that, everything else was good.
Lovely restaurant and helpful servers. Food was delicious!
