It was open in June, 1995 and is a pioneer in offering modern and innovative Spanish cuisine in London.We also offer traditional Spanish tapas, but it is our Chef Alberto Criado’s creative dishes, what defines us and has given us our name.Our award winning “wine list” contains the largest and more diverse selection of Spanish wines anywhere in London.Within our renovated premises, you can now have dinner at our Chef’s table situated in our kitchen or enjoy one of our Spanish style Gin & Tonic at our “C.Tonic” Bar, with a large 80+ premium gin’s menu.
