    The service was very friendly and pleasant. We were greeted on arrival and served some complimentary English bubbly as it was my birthday. My husband’s cod was delicious. The crab was a bit rich. The starter of beans , sugar snaps and peach had hardly any peaches and the beans were almost raw but the sauce on which it was served was tasty. The aubergine dip was good but should be served with some flatbread or crackers so one isn’t forced to order another starter like foccaccia as we were told to do. Firstly it doesn’t really go that well with the dip and we then left hss as if as it was too much
