Best Restaurants for Spicy Food in Neustadt-Nord

We‘re often at Hard Rock Café Cologne. Normally we’re happy with Food and Service. This time we had some points that changed. Service took really long, children meal was there 15 minutes before the adults meal. The sides at chicken wings got less and there was no bread anymore at twisted Mac Chicken and Cheese. So smaller portions, same money. That mad us sad.

A visit to Cologne is well worth it just to see Taku. All of the exquisite dishes are bursting with flavour and are works of art on a plate. The service is relaxed yet knowledgeable and attentive. It's simply excellent. Tip: Go for the wine package, as the sommelier is generous, talkative and knowledgeable. The classic choice offers great German and French wines.

Usually the bar is set at medium for hotel restaurants, but after our first night staying and eating at the Hilton Köln, we cancelled our other dinner reservation and just opted to eat at the hotel instead. Our server (same as the night before) was great, very accommodating to our daughter who is a bit picky with her food. Making this review a month or so after our visit, but will definitely be back next time we are in Köln, it was a lovely place to enjoy Christmas dinner.

Good service, nice food - but limited menu and a little expensive. Very convenient for the Philharmonie.
