Best Restaurants with a Wood Oven in Moonachie

Went to Matisse last night for dinner and it was amazing! We sat outside in the courtyard and it was beautiful. The food and service were fantastic. Overall, such a great night!

At the heart of Song E Napule is Ciro Iovine; however, you’re only as good as the people you surround yourself with and trust to run your establishment with integrity, high standards and passion. He has chosen well with the staff at the Rutherford location. Giampiero, the crown jewel of Song e Napule, a master pizzaiolo whose artistry with dough and flame is nothing short of alchemy. His pizzas, crafted with the precision of a royal artisan, are a symphony of crisp, charred crusts, vibrant sauces, and toppings that sing of tradition and passion. Each pie is a masterpiece, worthy of a king’s table, embodying the soul of Naples in every bite. I told him he ruined me, bc I compare any pizza I have to his, and it’s never nearly as good. The restaurant also has the warm and delightful Omar, a gracious steward whose infectious hospitality makes every guest feel like cherished royalty. His charm weaves a spell of comfort, ensuring that all who enter are enveloped in the warmth of family. Meanwhile, Raffaele, the masterful bartender and manager, presides over the room effortlessly, orchestrating the flow of a grand feast with the poise of a seasoned diplomat. Song e Napule is no mere eatery; it is a regal celebration of Neapolitan tradition, where every visit feels like a coronation of taste and togetherness. To dine here is to be welcomed into a royal family, where Giampiero’s unparalleled craft, Omar’s heartfelt warmth, and Raffaele’s impeccable stewardship create a banquet fit for the gods. When to celebrate a birthday with family. We had great time! We chose the Sunday's brunch menu, trully recomemded it for a large group. Drinks and food were really good. The host did a great job and we got tequila's shots on the house from the manager :)! Everyone loved the new theme of the restaurant. We will come back for sure!

Good Location (parking is a bit hard to find), but great food and excellent service.
