Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in San Carlos

High quality food with excellent creative choices. We have been going there for lunch and dinner for over 20 years and the quality is consistently great.

It was a treat to have some authentic and not-often-found-here dishes such as porridge with pork and preserved eggs. We were surprised that there weren’t more people dining there, since the food was quite good. With the happy hour menu (unusual for a Saturday), it was great value too.

Love, love LOVE this place so much that it's been my weekly go-to when craving for an excellent most delicious dining experience! And the best part, every person I've brought there has absolutely loved it too! Dining staff is one of the nicest team I've encountered (extra shout out to Casey!) It was also really nice to see how involved and caring the partners are too - great to meet you, MeeSun!

Due to cool weather we ate inside. By coming early, the restaurant was very quiet but as it filled up, it got noisier. Sometimes it was hard to hold a conversation across the table. The food, was as always, delicious. The service was very attentive & good. We'll be back.

I haven’t had Chinese food like this in years. We enjoyed every plate was fabulous. We were drooling as the Peking Duck as the the cart rolled by, but we will be back and to try the Peking Duck on our next venture to I imperial treasure
