Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Ocean Grove

The service was great, and the food was delicious. We enjoyed Joeys, gnocchi, calamari salad, chicken fingers, fires, homemade ice cream and coffees.

I had not been to Beach Haus in many years so excited to try it again. When I arrived the manager greeted us at the entrance and took us to our table, which we wanted to switch and he said of course, as it wasn’t crazy busy. He explained how the 2 restaurants work as I had made a reservation for the other side. He was super nice! We ordered the Caesar salad and street corn as apps, which were good. I am not the biggest fan of street corn so take that where it comes from. Salad had a great dressing and big enough to share. We each had a burger. I had the classic and my friend had the Haus burger. They were very tasty, although I would have preferred my burger more medium rare, as ordered. I worked in restaurants for years so I was not going to send it back. It still was delicious. Fries were ok. Not a fan of the skin on. Overall I enjoyed my meal and the waitress was so sweet and knowledgeable. We tipped her over 20%. I ordered a skinny marg with hardly any simple syrup and it was on point. I would go back again and sit outside. It was just too humid that night. 👍
