Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Northern Liberties

Pietramala is the best of the best consistently. It’s the only place I want to celebrate major life events. The chefs all take time to talk to you even a little bit and the food is unparalleled in quality.

Food was excellent. Very tasty and beautifully prepared. Service also excellent, professional and courteous. Ambience is modern, nicely appointed, and casually elegant. Good .value for the money given the high level of execution that Fork delivers. Only two negatives. Can be fairly loud inside when full making conversation a bit strained. Ordered bread for table and received three pieces of focaccia for 9 dollars. Fork can surely do better than that.

Did the chefs counter, I wouldn't necessarily do that again as everything was served from behind but the service was top notch other than that logistic. Food was amazing!
