Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Koreatown

We ordered the chef choice tasting menu and one beer fir my hubby. All 13 dishes are great in their own right; but when they were curated the chef intended, it just made them amazing. Even the light rice vinegar from the first course works very well for the rice comes with the second course! Love the suggestion that we shall use the rice to soak up the sauces like the French and Italian do with their bread. The spoon was very handy to pile the food to a mouthful serving. I do suggest to ask for knives and forks for their famous sesame French toast, much easier.

Attentive and knowledgeable staff, personalized service, and the blind 9-course menu was such a treat to the senses. We enjoyed our table too- closest to the open kitchen so we were entertained with the orchestrated actions of the kitchen. Even the non-assuming entrance and bathroom camouflage added to the experience.

Enjoyed a lovely brunch with friends and good service from Delilah. Only thing we all found was the dressing on the green salad was not the tastiest--perhaps a sesame oil base? Something more basic like olive oil would be a better accompaniment when having salad with eggs in particular. Otherwise, poached eggs were perfectly cooked and omelette and scramble were delicious! Love the atmosphere here.
