Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Downtown / Sobro

This is now our favorite restaurant in Nashville. Hats off to the chefs for wonderful flavors and food cooked to perfection. Also our server, Joseph was excellent. All the staff were courteous and attentive and ambience perfect for a relaxing evening. Thanks Raven, excellent establishment.

Sushi by Bou is a great omakase experience. From the minute we walked in the hostess welcomed us. We had the 17 course bougie experience and every bite was great. You really can taste the freshness of the fish. Each piece was made by hand in front by 3 great chefs. Johnny really stood out because of his personality and his knowledge of the pieces. We were there for my son’s birthday and The crew really made it a happy day. Landon was a great server and he made sure to keep the spirits flowing. The place is energetic and lively !
