Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Belvedere Square

Great dinner at Rye Street Tavern. We both had the halibut and it was delicious! It was prepared and presented perfectly and the entire staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Highly recommended!

Had a nice dinner at Sammy's. The good: our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The place looks nice, I like the high ceilings, it gives a very spacious feel. My wife, who is a picky eater, thought the tagliatelle alfredo was the best alfredo dish she's had in years. The bread and dipping sauce was excellent. I ate way too much of it. The disappointing: Some of the recipes are unbalanced, with a supporting ingredient dominating the dish. The crab toast appetizer came with plenty of crab, cooked well, in a nice sauce, but it was overloaded with capers so instead of crab being the dominant flavor, caper was. The thyme in the butter sauce with the duck ravioli dominated the dish. I could barely taste the duck. Which was a shame as it looked good. It was a nicely composed dish. We'll probably return, because my wife likes the alfredo and I'm hoping I just chose poorly and other dishes will be as good as the tagliatelle alfredo.

I had a wonderful experience. My waitress Mary was amazing. She had a great personality and she knew the menu very well. She helped me with selecting my drink and food.

Had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the service was great. We sat at the counter and were able to watch the chef make everything. Since we went on a Monday, wine was market price, so we enjoyed the salmon special and pork chop with a bottle of wine. Too bad they're closing the restaurant portion, because we would definitely go back. Looking forward to taking some cooking classes there though!
