Best Restaurants with a Notable Wine List in Westville

The food was better than passable, the environment was great, and the opera singing was mostly fantastic and it’s the reason for the 5 stars. Price to food quality ratio did not match, an avg NYC mid tier Italian exceeds this, which is sad given the price and that Philly is now a true foodie town. Fortunately, the history in Creed/Rocky lore, an elevated old school Italian red sauce joint feel, and the quality opera performances boost this place. I would return based on the complete experience, but not the food alone.

Located close to beautiful Rittenhouse Square, this restaurant features both indoor and outdoor seating along 18th Street. We had a nice cozy indoor seat by the window providing great views out into the street. They have an excellent selection of locally inspired cocktails and wines and a creative menu with some enticing choices. We had the little kale salad and the hushpuppies to start with. We split the turkey avocado melt and the low country short rib burger. Each was deliciously fresh and cooked to perfection. The short rib burger is substantial and a good choice to split. The service staff are excellent and clearly passionate about what they do to keep you enjoying your perfectly paced meal. Will come back and look to try other delicacies on the menu.

Nick our valet was amazing and the perfect start to our fabulous dinner!! Joey was our waiter and was absolutely fantastic! The food and service were unbelievable ❤️❤️❤️

We dine at Adelphia frequently because the food is consistently excellent, the wait staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are more than reasonable, restaurant is always clean and well maintained.

Haven't been to Popi's in a couple years, but was happy to see it is still really good and maybe even better. The bartender made me two old-fashioned's. The second one was "smoked'. They were great. The only one thing I would point out is that they should use better cherries. Not a fan of Marachino's for an expensive drink. We ordered the calamari for appetizer. Nice and crispy and not chewy at all. Good amount for two people. The trio filet that I ordered came cooked to perfection and all were nice sizes. Service was timely, but not rushed and the ambience, being a Tuesday night, was on the quiet side. Definitely enjoyed the dinner.
