Ive been coming to Paragary's since Randy first opened in the early 80s and in honor of Randy's passing I'd like to confirm Paragary's is what it has always been, an outstanding dining experience. You will never be disappointed in a single aspect of your experience at Paragary's. This visit we were seated in the beautifully appointed outdoor space complete with waterfalls, gardens, mature olive trees, fireplace, heaters and fans when needed. The ever gracious staff has yet to disappoint and our waiter this visit was excellent and attentive. The food is always unique, scrumptious and beautifully presented. Always a pleasure. Stephen was our waiter and he is always on point. His menu knowledge, suggestions and service is the best.  The food is consistently delicious and to temperature. 

I didn’t realize I booked an outside table on a 90 degree day . The staff was able to move us to the bar where we able to see the kitchen and watch the fabulous drinks be made. Our server Carolyn was fantastic ! We loved our 4 course choices ! I loved our Polpo , black cod, cavatapi with wild mushrooms, hazelnut mousse tart . The passion fish and strawberry drinks were amazing . We loved it all !!!
