I had the 5-course tasting menu yesterday, and every bite was a creative, flavorful journey that left me thoroughly impressed. The menu was thoughtfully curated, beautifully balanced, and showcased bold, local ingredients with modern, artistic flair. Highlights included the Black Onions with black recado tempura and xcatik aioli — crispy, rich, and bursting with Yucatecan character. The Lettuce Bouquet with Yuzukosho dressing and Cotija cheese was a refreshing, elevated surprise, and the Castacán Taco was pure perfection — tender pork, bold black recado, and just the right amount of spice. For the main course, I chose the Miso Chicken, which was succulent and paired with Brussels sprouts, cauliflower purée, and Parmesan — every element working together beautifully. Dessert was the standout finale — the Manjar Blanco, with its coconut textures, sponge cake, and rosemary ash, was both delicate and deeply satisfying. As usual, a stellar dining experience. Everything was delicious. Rocas de camarones, ensalada del huerto, filete de corazón y papa de horno. The leftovers are my dinner tonight. 200 peso corkage fee when you bring your own special wine.

Excellent! We ordered a la carte. The service was first class. The food was delicious, interesting but accessible, and well presented. We didn’t love our desserts but by then we were sold on the rest. Excellent Mexican white wine and cocktails. Worth the price for sure!
