My wife and I had a fantastic dinner tonight at Napa at Providence. We started with the Chargrilled Octopus, which was tender and perfectly cooked, with a smoky glaze and fava bean ragout that set the tone for an impressive meal. For entrées, I had the Braised Short Rib—rich, tender, and full of flavor, especially with the creamy cumin polenta and tamarind glaze. My wife had the Three Cheese Stuffed Chicken, which was juicy and comforting with wild rice pilaf, dried cherries, and almonds. We wrapped up the night with a slice of Key Lime Pie that hit all the right notes—tart, creamy, and refreshing. Service was friendly and professional, and the overall vibe was relaxed but polished. This is the fifth time we have dined at Birkdale Fin and Fino, and the food has been excellent and the service is stellar! Really enjoy the experience every time!
