Best Restaurants with a Notable Wine List in Downtown

Simply AMAZING. My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner and we were blown away. The service, food, and ambiance were top notch. The service: From the time we entered and from the time we left, we were treated excellently. The hostess, waiters, and servers were very attentive and friendly. The food: We ordered the crab cake lollipops for our appetizer. For our mains, we ordered the boneless ribeye with Dakota’s steak sauce, the cowboy ribeye with the au poivre sauce (recommended by our waiter), cacio e pepe risotto, lobster mac and cheese, and creamed spinach. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the sauces complimented it very well. The three sides were phenomenal…no complaints. For dessert, they gave a complimentary dessert in honor of our anniversary but we also ordered the pear and cinnamon sorbet. The ambiance: It’s the perfect date night. The vibe gives “old money elegance”. The live piano makes it feel more intimate and romantic. I have nothing but good to say about this restaurant. It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary!

Very chill atmosphere, although I wish the sun was out, my boyfriend and I still enjoyed the view and swam. Only complaint is that there’s lots of ants for some reason.

We had an amazing night at Monarch Tower Club! We were seated right next to a window and enjoyed our 3 year anniversary dinner over a beautiful view. They brought bread & butter to the table along with our cocktails - both were great! We ordered the Brown Butter Goat Cheese Ravioli to start and loved it. For entrees we had the Gorgonzola Crusted Lamp Chops, and 8oz Filet - I truly think this was one of the best steaks I’ve had in my life! I’m still thinking about it 2 days later. We also got the side of marbled potatoes and asparagus which were delicious. About halfway through our entrees we were the only table left in the room - one of our kind waiters (we had 3 amazing people total waiting on us) offered to move our dishes to the best table in the house - what a great & personalized experience! The waitstaff was so attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure our night was special. We ended the night over espresso martinis and table side Bananas Foster. We had such an amazing experience at Monarch Tower Club and will definitely be back! I can’t recommend this place enough for a quality and intimate experience. Thank you!
