Vivi is a regular spot for our family. We go there at least once a month. The pastas are fresh, and absolutely delicious, we are a fan of those more than the pizzas. Service is always excellent, esp. if you go early before the peak hours. We are happy they are so busy during dinner hours, it can get noisy and hectic, so we avoid that. Recently they switched over from using a machine that has the total for the bill, as opposed to showing us the actual bill with breakdown. We prefer that, the machine approach does not allow us to see the bill details, and just shows the post-tax total. We have to figure out if the total is the correct, and what is the pre-tax about, and it just takes too long and they are usually in a rush asking us to choose 18-20-25% tip on the after-tax amount. We definitely prefer the new route of using the paper, it is just more transparent that way. But aside from that, we continue to enjoy our meals there. Today, we had the shrimp scampi with butter, garlic, and lemon sauce, which was a special and absolutely delicious. The lasagna is always top-notch, and the 4-meatball polpette is probably the best on the east side. That’s actually our benchmark for how we judge a restaurant—if they nail the meatballs, we know they’re serious! We always have a good meal there.

Wonderful dinner. Flavors amazing. Staff was so kind. Priced very reasonably. Will definitely be back.

Best Cuban food! We came up from Covington WA to have lunch. Was not disappointed! Food is amazing and authentic. Mojito’s are delicious.
