Best Live Music Restaurants in West End

Everything was great, but I was a bit put off by the automatic service charge. We were a party of two and automatically charged 20%. I am accustomed to 20% for parties of 6-8 or more but not for two. Bombay Club has always had great service and on those cases, I typical provide 25 to 30% tip. However, since 20% was automatic, and not allowing me to provide a tip percentage (say ranging between 15 & 30 percent) based on my experience, I chose to not provide a 25-30% tip. I think this is a missed opportunity for your waiter staff. David

The food was amazing, and we’re definitely going back! Unfortunately, our table was near the entrance, so every time the door opened, we felt the cold air from outside. The ambiance was nice and beautiful, but it was quite loud, so we had to raise our voices to maintain the conversation (something I don’t usually enjoy). Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely return at a different time.

The service was excellent! We were very well taken care of. The food quality was delicious and decent for the price. The drinks were delicious and the restaurant itself is beautiful. For a smaller restaurant we didn’t feel either cramped or rushed during our time.

Going to The Prime Rib is like stepping back into an elegant Time Machine. The service, the ambience, the food & the decor make for an expensive but very fun night

I coordinated a birthday dinner for my close friend and it was amazing . Amazing food , the service was great, and the restaurant accommodated our party of 10. Thanks again. We had a great time.
