Best Live Music Restaurants in Sunnyvale

We recently dined at Benihana's restaurant to celebrate two special birthdays and wanted to share some feedback regarding our experience. First, I want to commend our waiter—he was extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak with. However, unfortunately, the overall dining experience did not meet our expectations. We were seated with another party that requested beef not be cooked on the shared cooktop. While we completely respect their dietary preferences, this impacted the timing of our meal significantly. Our fried rice was served first, followed by our scallops and chicken, but our steaks (NY strip and Filet Mignon) were not cooked until approximately 27 minutes later. By the time we received them, the rest of our food was cold. Additionally, the fried rice was hard in texture, and the chef was quite heavy-handed with the salt on all the dishes, which made them less enjoyable. This was meant to be a celebratory dinner, and we were disappointed that the experience fell short. We hope you’ll take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests. Outstanding service, food and ambience. A tad pricey- but really an outstanding restaurant

A good meal in pleasant surroundings. Had Father's Day lunch there and everyone enjoyed it immensely.

The Oxford Pub was the proverbially "needle in the haystack!" WHAT A FIND!!! My guest and I were fortunate to sit outside on a sunny afternoon and now that Murphy Street has been closed to traffic and turned into a pedestrian walkway, even made it more delightful! I was looking for something different and found it! More surprising was the twists in flavor, ingredients and presentation on common dishes such as fried calamari strips, beef stroganoff bowl and tri-tip sandwiches. Fresh, hot, tasty and to top it off a great selection of beers to accompany the food. I tried their "seasonal roundtable' and was served a bourbon-barrel stout that blew my mind and tastebuds! In short, if you are tired of the "same o - same-o" for menu items, I invite you to sample what is on The Oxford Pub's menu for a welcomed surprise!! YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!!
