Joe was professionally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York.     As always, the food, service, and ambiance were lovely! We’ve been going to Spirit Elephant for many years and it has been consistently wonderful. I like that they change up the menu every now and then, but still keep some favorites on the menu. They’re so creative with their food and drink options. The staff is always attentive and the manager often comes by to check in with us, which is a very nice touch. Their patio is so lovely and a perfect spot on these warm summer days. We will be back again for sure!

    My friend and I arrived for lunch at 2:45 on Friday. The restaurant was not crowded and we were seated immediately. The ambiance was great. Our waitress was very pleasant and well prepared with great service. We both ordered the walleye special. It was delicious, as was the soup, bread and wine. I highly recommend Cafe Touché for lunch, dinner or just their delicious appetizers and a drink during happy hour.
