Als der originale Bascom Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts nach Florida kam, um Henry Flagler beim Bau der Key West Railroad zu helfen, hatte er auch seinen Appetit nach köstlichen Koteletts und saftigen Steaks im Gepäck. Ihm zu Ehren wurde aus dem Bascom's Chop House ein gemütliches und dennoch elegantes amerikanisches Restaurant. Wir sind stolz auf unsere hervorragend gestaltete Weinkarte und Rindfleisch aus dem amerikanischen mittleren Westen, das altersmäßig genau unseren Anforderungen entspricht, damit wir Ihnen die zartesten und köstlichsten Steaks überhaupt servieren können.
