The evening delivered on all fronts: excellent food, a welcoming atmosphere, and standout service from our server, Jake. Del Frisco’s remains a go-to for business dinners. The setting strikes just the right tone—refined yet relaxed—perfect for conversation and connection. From the moment we walked in, everything flowed smoothly, thanks to the attentive and polished team. Jake brought genuine energy and hospitality to the table. He was knowledgeable, personable, and made thoughtful menu suggestions tailored to our tastes—including a special featuring Wagyu strip steak, lobster tail, and a refreshing heirloom tomato and watermelon arugula salad that stole the show. My guest enjoyed the bone-in filet with a flawless Pittsburgh char, plus creamed corn and wild mushrooms—timeless favorites, done right. A big thanks as well to the host, who always greets me as though he knows me, and the management team, who consistently stop by to check in and ensure the night is going well. That kind of personal touch really sets Del Frisco’s apart. It’s not a complicated formula—but they get it right every time, and my guests and I truly appreciate it. Of course, we wrapped up with the legendary butter cake and a glass of Balvenie 14 Caribbean Cask—a perfect end to a memorable evening. Del Frisco’s continues to deliver not just great meals, but great experiences. It’s the people who make the difference, and they do it with heart. We’ll definitely be back soon.More infoDel Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse - PittsburghPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.8

The food was very good, but the service was slow even though we made our server aware that we had show tickets and needed to leave by 7:15 p.m.More infoEddie Merlot's Prime Aged Beef & Seafood - PittsburghPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.3

The kitchen was not busy, but others at our table mentioned what I was thinking--namely that it took too long to prepare the entrees. We loved the various offerings on the menu and appreciated the quiet dining space that was well-appointed.More infoRevelPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown•4.2
