- TTammyOrange County •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had a fantastic time at the Grinch brunch! The food and service were both amazing. I had the souffle pancakes and my teenager had the fried rice. We would recommend both. We were celebrating my teenager's birthday and *everyone* who served us acknowledged the special occasion. The Grinch and Cyndi Lou Who even sang happy birthday! We'll definitely dine at ARLO again.More infoARLO San DiegoPrice: Moderate• American• Mission Valley•4.3

- JJuliavipSan Diego •22 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoTypically I really love Madison, I think maybe we just got really unlucky but they really fell short on almost every single front this time around. Both our dishes were overcooked/dry, the shrimp app lacked flavors and ingredients (just tasted like plain butter), and our server was impossible to find and gave us really poor service overall. She wasn’t attentive to any of her tables, and would go missing for super long periods of time, fortunately the busser who was working helped us get what we needed. I will say our drinks were yummy and the churros were tasty! Last thing - One thing that really threw us off is that I had put a request on open table when reserving to not be too close to the live music to make sure my husband and I could hear each other (we’ve had an issue with this in the past), this time there were so many tables open and available both outside inside and by the bar so I figured yay it won’t be a problem, butttt the hostess didn’t say hi or greet us professionally and then put us at the table closest to the live music as possible (either she didn’t read the note or misread it). Anyways, we decided that was our last time going to Madison on Park; the quality of the food, the service, and overall experience all have taken a hit and ultimately there are better options in San Diego.More infoMadisonPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• University Heights•4.5
