Setting is lovely, service is exceptional and food is exquisite. It is an ideal taste experience to try dishes from many different Central and South.American countries. The only problem is deciding what to eat. Plan on repeat visits to try them all!

The food was amazing!! The location and view were spectacular and we had the best service! The Birria braised beef ribs were very good and melted in your mouth. The kale salad appetizer and the choco coco dessert were yummy. Totally recommend this place. It’s on the pricier side of things but we celebrated our daughter in laws birthday so it was worth it for a special dinner.

We had a fantastic dinner at Rio Bongho and couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. We opted for the pre-fix menu, and every course was absolutely delicious—thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. What made the experience even more memorable was the exceptional service we received from our lovely waiter, Roy. He was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Roy made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of throughout the evening, which truly elevated the entire dining experience. If you’re looking for incredible food paired with top-notch service, Rio Bongho is a must. We’ll definitely be back!

This beach club location and restaurant are wonderful. I recommend arriving mid morning, enjoying all the pool and beach fun and having lunch. A perfect Costa Rica day. Cocktails were delicious and our party of 5 all enjoyed their meals. One was a little charred/over cooked but still edible.

Excellent server. We really enjoyed having Mauricio as our server. He explained many of the dishes on the menu and was so attentive!!! Food was lovely. Drinks fabulous!
