    Excellent food! great flavors and such an imaginative different menu serving unique dishes that satisfy anyone that enjoys spiced, boldly flavored food. It was truly a treat and a new experience! Restaurant vibe and ambiance was great too! would definitely recommend, will return myself, and bring visitors to Chicago to come have this new experience.

    we love going to Carol’s pub for Aunt Nance’s cougar bingo. we always have a great time and our big groups look forward to having a fun evening together. we have usually had the same waitress but she is off for a few weeks and on this occasion the waitress was pretty disorganized and forgetful. we won’t let that stop us from enjoying our time but we definitely missed the usual waitstaff and hope it was just a learning experience for the girl we had on the 27th.

    Outstanding artistry in food and presentation. We enjoyed a 12 course meal and were thoroughly entertained. Each course built on the previous like a wonderfully crafted novel. It was truly an enjoyable, flavorful and cultural experience.
