I had an amazing experience at La Grande Boucherie in DC! The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Tim went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—he truly made the evening unforgettable. Highly recommend this place for a top-notch dining experience!

Everything was great, but I was a bit put off by the automatic service charge. We were a party of two and automatically charged 20%. I am accustomed to 20% for parties of 6-8 or more but not for two. Bombay Club has always had great service and on those cases, I typical provide 25 to 30% tip. However, since 20% was automatic, and not allowing me to provide a tip percentage (say ranging between 15 & 30 percent) based on my experience, I chose to not provide a 25-30% tip. I think this is a missed opportunity for your waiter staff. David

To end the meal on a sweet note, I indulged in a decadent oxaca corn cake dessert, which was almost too beautiful to eat. The combination of rich flavors and light textures left me completely satisfied. What truly made the experience special was the impeccable service. The food was amazing, and we’re definitely going back! Unfortunately, our table was near the entrance, so every time the door opened, we felt the cold air from outside. The ambiance was nice and beautiful, but it was quite loud, so we had to raise our voices to maintain the conversation (something I don’t usually enjoy). Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely return at a different time.

Certainly a go to in downtown DC. Tuesday night and the place was hopping. Had a reservation, and we weee promptly seated. Service was perfect and food and drink excellent. Plenty of great places to eat downtown. This definitely on my favorites list.
