The food at Sorrentino's West is scrumptious and some of the regularly ordered items on the menu include Calamari, Penne Arrabbiate, Prosuitto Panini, Butternut Ravioli, Tortellini and Lasagne. The most ordered item on the kid's menu is Spaghetti and Meatballs. Out of these food items, it is the Calamari which steals the spotlight. For desserts, Mango Berry Cheesecake seals the deal. With a stunningly warm and inviting atmosphere reminiscent of a family-run restaurant in Tuscany or Bordeaux, Continental Treat Fine Bistro in Edmonton serves charming continental cuisine. The traditional cheese and potato stuffed pierogis with sour cream and the vegetable-laden red barszcz soup make excellent starter dishes. Some of Continental Treat Fine Bistro's specialty entrée dishes include the marinated pork chop Munich style with smoked sausage and mushrooms in a rich pearl onion sauce, the chicken stroganoff in a creamy tomato sauce with spaetzle, sour cream and diced pickles, the famous Hungarian goulash with tender beef cubes stewed in a rich and fragrant paprika sauce and the rainbow trout with seasoned with lemon, dill and capers, pan fried until crisp and golden. Continental Treat Fine Bistro also serves an excellent array of beers and wines from across the globe; the perfect accompaniment to the hearty and rustic fare.

    A spectacular family dinner for 6 to celebrate my husband 70th birthday. Due to his profound hearing impairment, I asked for a quieter table when making the reservations. We arrived and were seated in a stellar private area with a wonderful round table and a wine rack wall. Alexis and Nathan were our skilled and helpful servers who contributed greatly to our memorable food experience. Highlights for our group included the table-side preparation of the classic Caesar salad + the sparkler and flame show of our shared (by 5) delicious and beautiful Baked Alaska. First time dining experience for our group at this Starlight Casino restaurant at the West Edmonton mall.

    The gluten free buffet is delicious, fresh and good quality. You would not tell the difference in the food. The selection is excellent from salads to perfectly cooked vegetables. Fish in sauce, delicious potatoes and roast beef and gravy. The desserts are decadent from creme brulè to fresh fruit pavlova, coconut cake and dark chocolate torte + more. The value is excellent, the staff are warm, friendly and helpful. The piano bar is classy and relaxing for before or after dinner drinks 10/10. Thankyou we will be back
