Loved the look and feel of the place. The drinks were amazing and the service was equally outstanding. We had a couple of small plates and they were good but my only suggestion would be to add some additional small plates to the menu.

The Victor Cafe is much more than a restaurant; it is an experience. The menu selection is excellent, and the quality is outstanding. Most of all is the enjoyment of hearing some of Philadelphia's best voices singing arias and show tunes. It is indeed a Philadelphia treasure.
