This was my 2nd time here and still didn’t disappoint. The view the staff and food all amazing !!!

We came as a party of eight and had an outstanding dining experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was attentive, friendly, and seamless. The ambiance is stylish and vibrant, perfect for both a night out or a special occasion. Our table enjoyed a variety of dishes — the filet mignon was perfectly cooked and flavorful, the chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, and the salted salmon was a standout. The sides, especially the rice and fried plantains, were delicious and complemented the mains beautifully. We also ordered a bottle of wine, which paired nicely with the meal and rounded out the experience. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and it’s clear the team at La Central takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be returning.

This was an event where there was a DJ so it was expected to be loud. The way they transform the lobby of this hotel into a club is amazing. It was SO fun. I would highly recommend. The service was great. Giovanni was fantastic!
