Best Restaurants with Great Beer in Surfside

Consistently excellent food, service and atmosphere!

If I had to pick one restaurant in Miami to go to, this is it. They have a neighborhood restaurant vibe with the service and food of a ‘fancy’ restaurant. From the moment you walk in you are greeted warmly and made to feel at home. The kitchen always cranks out first rate locally sourced inventive dishes yet feel like comfort food.

Creative, inventive menu that never disappoints! Craft cocktails, good wine list. The vegies could turn me into a vegetarian! (except that the meats are just as good!) We often order one regular meal and a vegie platter to share so we can enjoy more of those wonderful vegetables! The portions are quite generous. The new place is much more spacious and inviting than the original (across the street), but very noisy. Service is solid, knowledgeable, courteous. They never rush you. I do miss the lunch pails nailed to the wall in the original space!

My family came here for lunch to celebrate my son's birthday and it was a great experience. The staff was amazing, very accommodating and attentive. We had a big group, 12 people, and we felt very taken care of. The food was tasty and there were options for everyone. The beer was awesome and had options we all liked. Our group included two babies under the age of 2, a 5year old and a 6 year old, so it was refreshing to find somewhere in Wynwood where we did not feel out of place.

It was a great experience by service and flavors.
