La experiencia gastronómica que ofrece Copacabana comienza con un viaje en su "Galleria", la cual cuenta con una panadería abierta donde se ofrece pan recién horneado y dips y una selección de quesos y embutidos cortados a mano al momento. La carne casi siempre viene ofrecida a término medio crudo, pero los comensales pueden especificar al cortador sus preferencias y el restaurante se encargará de satisfacerlos.
