Best Restaurants with Great Beer in Fremont Street

We had an excellent experience here during a conference. I made dinner reservations for 9 on a Friday evening, and the friendly hostess seated us in a separate room—perfect because I’d asked for a table in a quieter area. Our waiter, Gerardo, had barely introduced himself when two more conference attendees saw us and wanted to join us. Gerardo graciously added two more settings. Gerardo provided excellent service, as did our water person, and our food came out hot and delicious. The portions were huge—I wish I’d asked about splitting an entree. I would most definitely eat here again, and I recommend it!

Bar ZAZU at Resorts World was a standout during our Vegas trip. The ambiance is sexy and artistic with bold lighting, eclectic artwork, and live music that sets the tone without being overwhelming. We ordered the Violet Horizon—a rich, creamy beauty that tasted even better than it looked, beautifully balanced with egg white foam and citrus on top. For food, we shared the chorizo deviled eggs, baby kale salad, and the Poquito cheese & salumi board. Everything was flavorful, beautifully plated, and perfect for sharing. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the overall vibe made the night feel like a full experience, not just a meal. Highly recommend for date night or a girls’ night out!
