Manor Hill Tavern occupies the historic Taylor’s Row in Old Ellicott City. Our bar and dining areas feature original architectural elements such as exposed stone walls, barn doors, and vaulted ceilings. The White Oak Tavern is a family-owned business, operated by a brother & sister that are Ellicott City locals.
