Delicious high tea with excellent service. It may not look like a lot of food but it definitely is. Lovely ambience even in the middle of the lobby. Good music that fit the service. Only thing I’d change would be slightly bigger scones with chantilly cream.

Lovely experience as always. Great selection of teas and the food is great as always- we found the desserts a little to sugary and one of the tea sandwiches was weak but otherwise was delicious.

Went here for Mother's Day. Overall I really enjoyed the vibe and atmosphere. However I felt that the food itself was really lacking, none of the savory items stood out, nor the desserts which was overall too sweet and tasted very standard. I've been here before last year and I see that they have not changed the menu basically at all. The best thing from the menu is the scones. Also I noticed that the tower that they serve the food in, is really rusty and not aesthetic at all. I wish they would have changed that.
