Exceeded our expectations. Food, service and ambiance was amazing. My 4 year old granddaughter was treated like a princess

Went here for Mother's Day. Overall I really enjoyed the vibe and atmosphere. However I felt that the food itself was really lacking, none of the savory items stood out, nor the desserts which was overall too sweet and tasted very standard. I've been here before last year and I see that they have not changed the menu basically at all. The best thing from the menu is the scones. Also I noticed that the tower that they serve the food in, is really rusty and not aesthetic at all. I wish they would have changed that.

This was our second afternoon tea experience at the shangrila and it was just as lovely as the first. Really happy that they were able to accommodate our dietary restrictions as vegetarians. This time it was for our 8 yr old's bday (and also mother's day so it was nice to celebrate both!), she had the best time the staff made her feel welcome (we were worried they might not be kid friendly but they were very sweet). The ambiance with a live pianist takes the experience to another level. 10/10

We love this place! The tasting menu that changes on a regular basis, amazing food, beautiful presentation, a lovely setting and stellar service. What else can you ask for? Highly recommended!

Service and food are excellent. Will definitely be back for special occasions
